Thank you Dr. G. I needed your intro today about health anxiety and the reminder that the hardest things are often not predictable. New goal: Enjoy in today for what it is.

I have managed my health anxiety by hearing your voice in my head. Even this week being told I have a cataract and possibly early Glaucoma from years of medications (that i got off 12 months ago thanks to Dr Gs advice). I freaked out but stuck to my routine (Dr G routine is key to getting through) and made an appointment with a Specialist, pushed it out of my mind and went for a hike. ❤❤❤❤

I can’t thank you enough for sharing all your information. I watched the free videos from your website and have started putting the HN smoothies into my daily eating. It’s still very early but I just want to share that this morning was one of the best morning blood glucose levels I’ve had in years. I have been vegan since 2019 but strictly whole food plant based for about 5 months. Hoping to see continued improvement in my health journey. So grateful to have found your channel ❤

I'm so disappointed that I missed this. I didn't hear my notification go off. Just found your videos yesterday and I'm so thankful and grateful. My son was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and had a fistula with an abscess near his bladder. They already did one surgery and they were going to do another surgery to give him a coloscopy bag and I thought to myself there has to be a better way. He was in the hospital for 4 months. I decided to take him out and I've been juicing green drinks for a while now with him. He has sensory processing disorder so textures and getting him to eat completely raw. It's been his struggle but I do give him green drinks everyday and since I found you I'm giving him a green smoothie. Trying to find a Vita mix as well. LOL thank you for all your great advice. It's so appreciated.

Just want to give you some encouragement! I have Crohn’s disease and eating a plant based diet has kept me off meds for over 5 years. I only have the occasional flare up every few years if I eat too much junk food. So personally I’d say you’re on the right track to help your son! Sending love! Xoxo xoxo

Did you mean to say to not take over 50 mg of vitamin B6. I take a whole food iron supplement that has 5 mg of B6. When I look that up it says it’s 5000 mcg. Is that a safe level to take?

Please Dr. G, can you create an info graphic where we can see the different protocols at one glance and how they differ from each other? I watched all content I could find, looked on your website and got the recipe book, but there is no real overview that tells you the components including amounts of the different programs. I know you explain everything in your videos, but it's hard to differentiate between the protocols without any kind of written summary. Such an info graphic would be so helpful and a great addition to your homepage to get the message across at first sight. Then people can dive deeper with your content and live streams.

If you join their Smoothie Shred group (access via their website), they list out each protocol.
@floraly886 сағат бұрын
@@klaurvick4501 Thanks, will do that. Still, I think it should be much more visible on her website and socials as well, as Dr. G mentions very often that the protocols are free and out there. Yet, nothing to find. Best wishes.

Love your show, but how can we translate a handful of flax seeds into tablespoons?

she recommends 1/2 cup of flaxseeds to start which is 8 TBSP. Hope that helps.

Build up to 1/2 cup….
@treasuretowerrewardscanada809214 сағат бұрын
@@anitaparker9831 yes, I’ve heard her say that too because it can upset your system. I decided to give it a go at half a cup and I happen to be OK. I alternate flaxseed and Chia seeds.

I sent you an email but I was just wondering if you received it or if I had the right email address. Did you know they put sawdust in cheese so it doesn't stick together when it's shredded ? And sawdust is full of dust mites. How horrible. Store flour & grains which makes pizza crust are full of death mites also. I have a severe allergy to dust mites. That might be what's causing inflammation in certain organs in the body when people eat a lot of pizza A dietitian told me about the sawdust. Big Tobacco Mfg Lost a lot of profit because people quit smoking and wanted to be healthy So they bought out Big Food Mfg This mega corporations don't care about our health at all.

Dr Goldner- it’s not just a time issue. The medical system is set up to treat with pharma. Period. That’s the only tool they have. That’s what medicine is… you’re really giving too much credit to doctors. We are fed up with being gaslit. People have good reason to be upset with care.
