Six years later and I am still coming back to this playlist to keep me motivated on my weight loss journey. Whenever I find myself losing motivation or lacking consistency in diet and workouts I come back and re-watch the entire playlist to kick myself in the butt and get back on it.

I've been trying to loose weight since September 2017 (failed twice in my lifetime), I was 320 and today I'm 260. I have been watching you videos before hand. You guys are awesome motivators and very entertaining. Im hoping to hit my goal weight in mid summer and start becoming a buff dude. Your videos encourage this 17 year old to loose weight and gain muscle. Thanks Buff Dudes

I tried the fasted cardio in the morning before leaving for the office today. Love it as a way to energize my morning and go through what I’m doing that day. Waking up at 5:30 instead of 6 sucks though.

My cutting diet plan. 6:00 in the morning Oatmeal with two scoops of peanut butter and frozen berries 9:00 A banana and a protien shake (Water) 12:00 200 grams of fish, 200 grams of potato or 60 grams of rice and 60 grams of vegetables. 15:00 One avocado and 120 grams of quark (dairy product) 18:00 200 grams of chicken breast or red meat, 200 grams of potato or 60 grams of rice and 60 grams of vegetables 21:00 A handful of cashew nuts and a creatine shake

I've just started my third week of prep phase loving the workouts, been keeping a workout diary and tracking my calories which helps with the consistency. However I feel I should follow the prep workout for maybe 8 weeks to get my general strength up and some stretching before I move on. Only issue is front squats with the grip what can I work on to help make it less painful to grip? Great work as always !

@Buff Dudes I have been on a 2000kcal diet for months now. According to this TDEE calculator I should consume 2800kcal. Should I bump up my intake step by step to reach my maintanence? Havent found anything on reverse dieting on your channel yet. But I am glad for this video series and looking forward to the next video :D

What are your views on spinning ? Or a stationary bike for hiit cardio? I’ve been advised to do that as they’re better for your knees .. apparently it’s far less taxing on the knees than a treadmill or cement running.. ? Thanks for the help!

Hey, quick question. I hear that our body can only absorb about 25-35g of protein per sitting, so is it pointless to consume more than that? I noticed your protein pancaked had two scoops and then greek yogurt is also very high in protein and that's prob around 50g of protein you're eating in one meal. Wanted some insight about it. Thanks!
