Excellent demonstration. What you describe is much like the 'Qi' we talk about in Tai Chi training. A connected line of energy running through the various connective tissues. ('Qi' covers many concepts, this is one of them.) It's also the reason we practise slow in Tai Chi: to refine these pathways, and to build up that connection.

Thank you! Think you do TONS of great exercises. Please think about doing ones specifically for the seniors. I'm 72 and definite need good moves. But there are a lot of your videos that just would be too hard for me. Many thanks!!
