Brilliant as always my friend! Great example of how slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

Excellent demonstration. What you describe is much like the 'Qi' we talk about in Tai Chi training. A connected line of energy running through the various connective tissues. ('Qi' covers many concepts, this is one of them.) It's also the reason we practise slow in Tai Chi: to refine these pathways, and to build up that connection.

Tim, you make everything make sense. I actually love doing the bear crawl, among others, because I can feel my whole body enjoying the movement. Thanks. Have a great day.

Neat. Maybe see how little reflexive strength is required to remain up?
