I do 300 reps daily, been increasing by 10lbs every 30 days, started at 50lbs now at 120lbs. Trying to get to 400lbs so I can hold my weight while climbing.

So with this gripper exercises...we don't need to do any other forearm exercises? I have a 40kilo one...how much do Sets and reps do you recommend for it? And I can continuosly do the reps at 40kg...so should reduce the resistance as you said or is it necessary.

After doing these grip exercises I have experienced more pump on left side of forearms most of the time. (And I am right handed ). something wrong about it ?

Its because your left hand might have less strength compared to the right one as it's your non-dominant hand...its totally fine in some days of practice you will feel the same at both arms.

If your fat percent is less there is a possibility..but I would suggest you to add other arm workouts(bicep,triceps etc) as well.

What would you recommend 40lbs or 60lbs hand grip, Is 40lbs handgrip is more than enough for good forearm and hand grip building for people of age range 19-27

Nah 40lbs is really weak. 150lbs should be the average and you should progress toward 250lbs

I guess it may be 40 kg I.e. 88 lbs. Thats not a high limit at all, you should prefer a 60 kg grip strengther at a minimum.

Try keeping the resistance low or skip that variation and keep doing others..you will eventually build the strength to do it✌

I'd say do it every day in the week except one (rest). As for reps, as a beginner i go for 10x5 for each arm of the normal variation.

It will depend on wether you do other gym or bodyweight exercises or not, if yes then 1-2 times is good ...if no then you can go for 3-4 times or even more ..but your forearms muscles should recover from previous day grind..take care of that.

It will depend on how difficult it is for you ..you can go for 3 sets of close to failure reps( which means if you cant do more than 20 reps then do 3 sets of 18 reps) I hope I cleared your doubt.

man this video has been helpful. I already got like 6 months, where 4 were really consistent mon-fri 4 sets of each variation and now I can do 200lb grippers and my forearms of course got really vascular.

This is a good tutorial. I needed to increase my Pull Up reps from 9 to 12. Just doing these exercises helped me break that plateau.

Hey, I've bought one for myself but it only has 1 weight and that is 150 lb (68kg) because they didn't have any other. I can squeeze them each 5x and hold them for around 10 seconds while rotating. How many would you recommend that I do in total per day because I don't want to end up doing too much and having really bad forearms. I will increase to 10x per set or more when I slowly get some more strength.

3 sets while changing the resistance from heavy to low is good...maintain the rep range which is around 90% of your failure, and as you becomes strong the resistance or reps can always be increased.

I have some doubt if I do these excercise won't there be any muscle twist in my hand because muscle twist can make your day bad

Do you mean muscle cramps?See you can always adjust the resistance,dont go with higher ones initially..build up slowly,if you do that there will be no issue ever.
