I do 300 reps daily, been increasing by 10lbs every 30 days, started at 50lbs now at 120lbs. Trying to get to 400lbs so I can hold my weight while climbing.

Hey, I've bought one for myself but it only has 1 weight and that is 150 lb (68kg) because they didn't have any other. I can squeeze them each 5x and hold them for around 10 seconds while rotating. How many would you recommend that I do in total per day because I don't want to end up doing too much and having really bad forearms. I will increase to 10x per set or more when I slowly get some more strength.

3 sets while changing the resistance from heavy to low is good...maintain the rep range which is around 90% of your failure, and as you becomes strong the resistance or reps can always be increased.

Its because your left hand might have less strength compared to the right one as it's your non-dominant hand...its totally fine in some days of practice you will feel the same at both arms.

If you are regular with other exercises(gym,bodyweight) I wont suggest doing it daily,add it 2-3 times a week and allow some time for your forearm muscles to recover.
