💪🏾 Excellent HIIT workout! 😅 I was sweating buckets! This was definitely a full-body workout! I love that there was no repeats on the moves! This is my 1st time doing Natalie White's workouts and it'll not going to be my last! She's an absolute breath of fresh air and so energetic! I'm definitely doing this workout again! This would have been a fabulous workout if KZbin hadn’t constantly invaded with ad breaks. Really hard to do a timed workout when the timer is interrupted constantly! Boo KZbin :(

I feel you! If you play the video through and go back and repeat it, there aren’t any ads the second time. Not ideal but it’s better than paying KZbin $15 a month. Have a good one!

I'm 62 and I am finding it increasingly difficult to build my muscle strength. I can no longer do push-ups -not even on my knees although I am using dumbells for strentgh exercises at least twice a week. I also workout 5 to six days since I enjoy it. But I am not happy with my results as of late. Any advice would be much appreciated. I do not wish to give up yet!!! Thank you so much.

I liked this workout very much. It was just a bit too much advertising. 6 times in 30 minutes really is a lot and always in the middle of an exercise. Would have appreciated it in the pauses.
