Building A Long Term Shelter In The Woods - building the framework of the shelter - building a bench - using old tools - enjoying time in the woods. No talking, only peaceful nature sounds.
I chose a place that is more remote and hidden so that my shelter will not easily be discovered by other people, and if it will, I hope they will be kind people, that will use it to take shelter if they need it, and not destroy it. It's not easily accessible or visible, no dirt roads nearby. There is a source of water not very far away from my camp and I also have all the natural materials I need for building my shelter: lots of dry wood, greenwood that would have been cleaned/weeded by the owner of the forest in the future (I have the permission of the owner to build my shelter there), many rocks I can use for the building, some moss in the area, not very far away too, twigs and branches, grasses, lianas and also some walnut trees and berry bushes for foraging. The place is protected by the wind and far enough from the water source and high enough, so there is no risk of flooding. It's not very beautiful woods, but I will embellish it, the house and the things I intend to build there will make it charming.
I wish to thank one of my friends that helped me buy the old tools I used in this video. If it was not for his help, I could not have made this video. Thank you for all your support and for all the kindness you have shown me! And thank you all for all your kind words and every kind gesture. This channel has a wonderful audience, and I am glad the videos are bringing together many beautiful people. Hugs to you all!
