@@mcf3778 what makes them time bombs? If they're cared for, they seem to last forever. LMR has a dyno video of a '99 Cobra with 268,000 miles on it, still making 290hp. Thats impressive, to say the least.

I think the 03/4 cobra/termi spoiler gives a lowered look as well as accentuates the rear quarter panels giving a widebody look. Add a front bumper of the same year, an aftermarket ram air/cowl hood, coilovers and staggered wheels and done.

I was just watching an old video from DerekBaranProductions and you can see Brandon and Garrett riding in Brandon's Cobra in the video. In the video titled, "we found a bagged mach 1!" you can see the two of them at the 3 minute mark. I've watched this video so many times that despite never meeting either of them, they were instantly recognizable lol. (you can actually see them at like the 2:54 mark but it becomes apparent it's them at the 3:00 mark)

@@toybox5576 yea that is about right and it's hard to find a decent low mileage terminator under 20 grand. They are better cars but they cost significantly more also. The mach 1 could be built to similar specs performance wise for less money. A set of forged rods and pistons is only like what 1500 bucks? You could also set the compression ratio where ya want it this way for more potential I'd go 10:1 like stock mach 1 if I was going boost. You could throw on a ported Eaton or used TVS and get the 5 speed built for maybe 5 grand total if you do your homework and your own installs. Some may not be able to afford a terminator right off and the mach is more in their price range and they could build it over time. You could come out even performance wise and potential wise for similar money on both give or take but the cobra is alot better set up from the factory but you pay alot extra for that too. Both cars are awesome I just think the mach is a little disrespected when compared to the terminator.

A shaker hood on an S550 doesn't even look bad, it just really depends on the design. Since the hood is a wide bitch you need to also have a shaker that's a bit streched out with a thinner profile.

Probably heard on the local news about the guy who died in the video. Brandon Bowen wove through traffic passing cars at a very high rate of speed in the center lane before losing control and smashing into a tree. Presumably his girlfriend was in the passenger seat, almost killed her too. Was airlifted to a hospital.

I'm a sinner. I have a mach 1 with a few mods I daily. But I have a 2000 gt I bought with a blown engine. Well, I had a 1uz toyota v8 I was rebuilding for my 4runner but I sold that. So now I'm going to try and Frankenstein a new edge with a 1uz turbo swap. Hopefully done in the next few years so I can get ahold of that dude in blue and make something happen.

I am more a fan of the 03-04 cobra bumpers, they are just a tad more aggressive IMHO. Got to love the fact this one has a Terminator setup under the hood. The new edge mach is easily my favorite looking new edge. The only reason the Cobra eeks out the win is that awesome motor! And the owner is 100% right. A new edge mach needs a shaker!

Manual mach 1 only has forged crank. Auto doesn't. Also the mach 1 block is aluminum where terminator is cast iron.
