I find full boost comes on faster with a stronger waste gate spring rather than electronic control, at least that was my experience when i replaced my waste gate but had to wait for a second spring for it.

its not a blow off valve, the "rattle " sound is a wastegate, and the sound when he releases the gas is a aturbo noise where the air flow goes back to the turbine

That's definitely a blow off valve. I'd say tial q as well. ^^ Do you guys hear any compressor surge when he lets off? I don't... it's a smooth whoosh of air with a little whimper when the valve opens initially.

By not having an electronic boost control solenoid hooked up to the Wastegate. There’s no wastegate flutter when it’s On 100 percent wastegate spring pressure.

you do realize that crap sound (orgasmic sound) is the external wastegate opening up, they sound amazing, that is the fluttering sound that you are hearing, this external wastegate opens up at a certain psi depending on what spring your running in it (mines is 14 psi) and it helps control boost pressure so you DONT blow up your engine
