Sometimes I use it to sweeten my tea and before I go to bed I eat 1 !! Alhamdulillah yes as Muslims we eat dates when we break our fasting for 30 days. And when a child is born a small piece is given to baby balance sugar levels in infant. Prophet Muhammad ate date often. It balances healthy sugar…😊❤

I eat them every day with my muffin. Made a pitted date and put peanut butter in date then froze. I had put too much Peanut Butter in the date. I should have added Walnuts too.

First,I suggest you sit on hard chairs like the dining chairs instead of sofas. While sitting always raise your legs of a side table and try cutting down on your weight that will go a long way

Try sitting leaning far forward "having your head facing your knees" and put your hands on each side of where you are sitting. Then (if your arms and hands are strong enough) push your body up using the strength in your arms and hands. Some people can easily stand from a seated position and some need added assistance using their hand and arm muscles while leaning forward with their head facing down. Do movements slowly, being mindful of keeping your balance, and once standing straighten your body safely in a full straight standing position. Do what you can and be happy with what you can accomplish. Do a little at a time as you slowly gain confidence and strength in your body. There are many people that need assistance from a seated position in order to stand. This can be done when in a chair, couch, even getting off a toilet. Some toilets also can have side hand rails attached in order to put hands on the side rails pushing up with your hands and using the arm muscles.
