It's much easier to line the pan with parchment paper if you crumple it up first.

AHHH I /love/ this cake, it's been my favourite since i've tried it. Yours looks so good... we do it a little bit different in Spain tho, we don't use flour so it has a creamier and lighter texture. I can show you the recipe if you want!! also try putting a little bit of goat or blue cheese on it, it makes a huge difference.
