Hi kinda new here, I really wanted to lose some fats coz it's kinda really annoying people that I know kept pointing at me. But I really wanted to lose some weight for myself too, my back pain is killing the hell out of me, I'm only 24 and weight is about 70 and I'm 5'4. I just gotta ask if it's okay to take a break for a minute or two for every 4 sets of exercises? I'm kinda anemic and I get dizzy easily.

I don’t usually comment on KZbin things but I’ve been doing this for just under a week and I’ve already lost 3 pounds I have also been cutting my calories along the way but this is a massive massive help as it took so long for me to find an exercise that didn’t keep me stuck at the weight I was I 100% recommend following this.
