Let's MAXIMIZE our WALK by adding full body compound exercises! Grab your kettlebell or your dumbbell and walk with me! This Walk & Tone kettlebell workout can help you get your steps in, burn calories, and build strength! It provides an easier way to add some strength training into your routine, while still getting the FAT BURNING effect! It's a full body workout that will make you sweat and feel the burn!
Let`s walk the weight off and shred those muscles at the same time. This workout features full body compound moves that will help you tone the entire body! I included both low and high impact cardio options so you can adapt this workout to your fitness level. Feel free to replace the walking/running sections with your favorite cardio moves (skipping, squat jumps, burpees, high knees, butt kickers, whatever you prefer...)!
I'm using a 6 kg kettlebell in this workout. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.

Warning: Always be mindful of contracting your core and keeping a straight back whenever you do any sort of forward bend! I don`t want anyone to get hurt! Just go as low as your body allows and do slow and controlled moves! Don't force things!
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

I started your strength routines 5 months ago, first with weights of 3 and 5 kilos, and almost without realising it, I have been increasing the intensity up to the 8/10 kilos I use now. The physical change is impressive, the transformation of my silhouette is total, but above all the best change is the mental one: I am full of energy to face the day after doing your routines at 5 am. I felt like I did this before but I don't see my comment so maybe not... This is all I'm doing today because we are going to the pool as long as the weather doesn't change... It's been crazy here in PA lately... I did this workout straight through since my mama is still sleeping... So far today I have consumed 32oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch set to general workout mode I burned 324 calories and completed 3,510 steps... I haven't made my smoothie yet but I know cabbage and spinach will be in there... Have a Happy 4th of July 🎉

This is such a fun workout! There were parts where I got confused since I'm using a DB, was trying to figure out how to do it us a DB without hurting my arms and wrist but overall I had a great time and sweat a ton! My arms and legs are now jelly! 😊
