It's interesting that your guys mentioned how people dont usually get their blood tested until something is wrong. When I went to the doctor to get my blood test, my doctor asked me if I'm experiencing anything that made me think I'm deficient. I told her I was just wanting to make sure that everything looks good. When I was talking with the financial person about insurence, they asked me why I got a blood test and I told them just to see how I'm doing and they told me that "People don't get blood tests for no reason". I was just so surprised. I think people should be getting their blood tests once a year regardless, especially if they have the insurence to cover it.

36:56 = The most important statement in the video - well put by Nisha - she gets the importants and admires Mic. the Vegan for the stated qualities - and that shows good taste. Mic the Vegan is so important because he has it all - the full set of ideal attributes. And his answer to the question gives very useful insight.

Hello Vegan View Girls Well done on putting together a perfect video conferencing set up: 1. Audio is free of lag 2. Audio is continuous - smooth - strong (no break up - no gaps - no drop out - no fractured up section) 3. Audio is clear with body (not hollow - not distant - not tinny) 4. Each person is in focus 5. Each person is approximately the same size in their square - symmetry 6. Each person is well dress - good outfits - the look is professional 7. Each person's name in the left lower corner - an important feature - professional grade format How did you do this - a Lesson on what systems you used and what setting you used and a step by step walk through from scratch in setting it up - including editing steps (if there are any) Include what does each of the other people in the video conference see and hear as the video conferencing is occurring - this is part of what needs to be working well for all the people in the video conference to be fully orientated to what all the others are doing and saying and for the conversation to be smooth and natural.

I got like that too - idk if I can lift that much, haven't tried because I max out the weights at the gym - they're less than 500lbs. When your veins feel like air because they're not lcogged and muscles work like a new, well oiled machine instead of an old one with rusty gears, veganism makes lifting anything feel like nothing! Everyone at my warehouse would ask me to do the lifting, as I did the lifting of 5 people

So I am a vegetarian and a former vegan. I was a a vegan 14-16 months. I got lazy and went back to being a vegetarian. I do not like factory farming. And I care about the enviornment too. But in SOME circumstances hunting is necessary and practical. For example in Alaska it is hard if not impractical to be a vegan. And if one does not curb the deer population disaster happens. Some hunting is MUCH BETTER for the animals then factory farming.

We think it’s a great idea to try to be as vegan as possible! Especially since where most of us live, it is practical and pretty easy once you get the hang of it ☺️ But we support every vegan meal and everyone who’s just trying to do their best 👏👏👏 It’s about progress, not rules or perfection! 💚💚💚

🌺 Aloha! I believe that for every person who is successful with the vegan diet, there was someone who was unsuccessful. I never thought I would be an ex-vegan, but I am due to health issues. I now consume locally farmed bivalves and it has helped reverse someone problems that arose while I was vegan. I wish there was more empathy for the many people who tried their hardest on the vegan diet, but were just not successful. For example, if someone has gut issues, they might not be able to break down and extract nutrients from certain plant material and will become deficient very quickly without the preformed nutrients from animal products. I know there are lots of people who want to stay vegan, but cant due to health problems. It would be nice if the vegan community acknowledged this and tried to help them out. Thanks!

Hey! We’re big in progress over perfection. It’s not about labels or rules. If you’re mostly vegan in every other way then you’re still doing a lot of good! Focus on the plant based choices you ARE making and know that you’re doing a lot of good! Sending you love 💚
