You’ve mounted the receiver horizontally and the transmitter vertically… These antenas are Linear, they are vertically or horizontally polarized, they need to be mounted on the same direction on booth sides… this is a big mistake that causes reduction of signal and distance… see about linear antenas and their polarization…

Thank you for making this video. It helped me make the choice of getting the Cineview HE as i have a Sony Alpha A7IV and a Atomos Shinobi 5.2" Monitor and i work solo and in front of the camera on my other channel here on youtube that i wanted to get something that can help me see my videos better as i record them. As for the Follow Focus, i went with The SmallRig MagicFIZ, which has been working. Decent on my 24-70mm G Master lens. The first motor had a problem with skipping and spinning out of control, but the replacement focus motor worked out pretty great. Very informative video, thumbs up, my man.

Great videos, thanks for all the information. We are looking for a wireless system that can be used with one monitor and multiple cameras so we can change through different cameras while shooting. Can this work with multiple transmitters and then quickly change between cameras while on set? Thanks in advance!

You're sing the SDI. How is the delay using the HDMI? Is it usable for focus pulling? Usually HDMI is unusable for this. Also, that's still a lot of latency for and SDI connection. Great video!
@kevinforget5492 жыл бұрын
Is it just me or did the latency when you put your hand Infront of the camera look pretty bad(like 2-300ms). The preview I saw for the DJI transmitter looked to be 100ms or even under that.

I just use Imaging Edge on a tablet for my Sony A7 IV and it works good. Won't tell you anything about IQ or focus accuracy, but it's good enough for monitoring the framing and the performance with relatively low latency.

Hey brandon awesome video i have a question i have a v raptor x and it outputs a 12g signal but there are only really 3G wireless transmitters and receivers will the 12g signal from the v raptor x automatically convert to 3G so the receivers can output to a 12g monitor or will that just mess up the whole system

Im not sure about this, but would be better if the transmitter on the monitor is flippe, the antenna be outwards. The antenna being closer to the batteries inwards, will it scramble the transmission may be?

Hello! Nice review! I have a question for you, I have the Accsoon CineEye 2 and when I connected with my iphone the image quality is very low. It is like I am seen a 240p video, so it is very difficult to pull focus with it. Is it better with CineView Se when you use both the transmitter and the receiver? Can you see a clean image to your monitor? Or did you notice any drops in image quality?

What latency is acceptable for pulling focus? A lot of people want zero, but does it really make a difference?
@hellblazer14dmn Жыл бұрын

Latency is a disaster for focus pulling, the job is hard enough as it is. I flicked through this video, I take it the exact latency wasn't discussed.
