Hey Arpan, What happend when calcium signals are below the baseline when cells are stimulated with certain ligands? What are the consequences or the signals that follows after? this means that cytosol calcium is decreased what are the consequences?

It's a very nice video. I wonder if you draw the figure in 2:43 or where I should cite it if I use it for the presentation. Thank you

What can be done to reduce intracellular calcium concentrations ?
@animatedbiologywitharpan Жыл бұрын
Intracellular calcium is buffered through proteins like calmodulin, mitochondrial uptake, endoplasmic reticulum storage, membrane transporters, small molecule buffers, organelles, and extracellular calcium regulation. These mechanisms maintain precise calcium levels, crucial for processes like muscle contraction and neuronal signaling.

I cant understand what youre saying, the syllables are too sharp and the vowels have unfamiliar inflection, overall making it impossible to understand the video.
