It’s day 4 in the Calisthenics Series and it’s time for a full body workout! The format is one of our favourites…. Complexes! We will work through 11 mini complexes to complete a full body workout!
This is definitely one of those workouts to have fun with! Smile through those tough moments!
All you will need for this full body workout is your mat, your yoga block/thick book/stepper.
Each complex is 3 minutes duration with 20 seconds rest inbetween each complex!

Calisthenics is much harder than lifting weights. This was a tough workout. I had to stop many, many times but I liked it!

Gosh, I workout everyday, cardio, strength with weights, pilates, barre ... but this was the toughest workout since a while. She just never disappoints

My second time doing this very challenging workout. I never looked at the 3 minute clock, tried not to judge the exercise so I could fully focus on my breath and the contraction of every muscle and also so I wouldn’t get discouraged at any time. It worked! I stopped the video a couple of times, but was able to finish cause I got a second wind towards the end, and absolutely loved the abs series. I will most definitely come back to this one when I feel Im in gladiator mode . Thank you Caroline.

A week of calisthenics after 2 weeks of heavy repetitive lifting is genius. I feel so strong, lean, and confident. Looking forward to Friday Full Body!!! I always love movements with the yoga block 💪🏽

You are so right. I personally tend to go as hard and as heavy as I can, with Calisthenics you are limited on how heavy you can go, whilst maintaining a great workout. I am going to do this one again today.

I've done this workout once a week for three weeks. Each time I can do a little more than the last. The goal now is to be able to get through the whole thing with no modifications or rests in two months. Thanks for posting this.

This entire week of Calisthenics has been fantastic. Caroline never disappoints, this stellar full body workout is no exception! Morning Matthew, this week has been great with Caroline’s calisthenics and I guess it’s good to take a wee break from lifting weights. Rep based complexes surely sound fun and challenging but we’ll swim right through as always! Happy training ✨

This was one of the most challenging workouts I've done, especially the low to high plank and uneven push up section! The yoga block really makes a difference, I love it! Thank you Caroline!

Today, I was sweating like I was doing a HIIT training. In love with this week series. I love all kinds of bodyweight exercises and routines...it is as challenging as you make it, and the power of the body usually is under estimated... When you learn how to connect your brain & muscles, can be very hard and tough. Have a wonderful weekend team CG😘

I used to be so intimidated by your workouts. Always looking past them like “maybe next time. Looks too hard and scary” lol 😆 then I realized I needed to change my workouts to get stronger and leaner. I had no choice and was stuck in a platue. So finally I put my overthinking aside and now your workouts are all I do. I have gained the most muscle I have ever had and my body fat percentage has gone down by 2%. I weigh 152lbs and I’m trying to aim for 145lbs. Moral of the story, just go for it. You won’t regret it and at least you’ll start to feel and look badass. You’ll get stronger as you go and impress the hell outta yourself and others. ❤❤❤❤ thank you for your hard work Caroline 😊thanks for all these amazing videos. You inspire me to keep challenging myself to get stronger 💪

@@matthewalmond4688 Hi Matthew! Same for me ... push ups to side plank were pretty tough, I felt a good burn in my shoulders and those leg lift lunges plus staggered squats tested my quads! its been 7 months since i am working out after my ovarian tumor surgery and i am young still i find myself as a beginner and weak whenever it comes to caroline's challenging workouts and today i am watching this workout and preparing myself to do this tomorrow. I am i the only one who workout daily but still not have that strength to do these kind of workouts. 😢My knees are sensitive too.

Full body workouts are always my favorite ones... Caroline always has brilliant ideas for it.. Today it's calisthenics and in complexes form!! This surely going to be super challenging and intense!! Friday with complexes what an amazing combination it is.....this series is definitely very challenging as we have to push very harder to do all these workouts but caroline has made all of us so strong that we are able to do each and everyone of them...totally enjoying these workouts and definitely going to do this one now as well....

Happy Friday All! My body loved this week of calisthenics, even Tuesday’s upper body. My body needed a rest from dumbbells and I still worked hard. Today’s complexes were challenging and I realize that my core still needs work since those planks almost killed me 😂. I plan to incorporate more calisthenics into my exercises moving forward. Caroline thanks for keeping it challenging and fun. Have a great weekend everybody!

I enjoyed this workout SOO much. 40 minutes flew by so quickly! Definetely tough but the fact that it's low impact and slow-paced allowed me to focus more on the quality of performance. Please continue doing calisthenics workouts, they're terrific!!💪 greetings from Italy 🇮🇹

Waw! This was fantastic.. I am dripping in sweat, not only did my body work harder that with weights but I really felt the mind muscle connection.. Loved this week a lot.. The upper body moves were a challenge but got through them.. Since the dead stops were at the beginning of this workout, I really enjoyed them.. I managed to do 2 rounds! Thank you for this lovely challenge!

Reeeeeally appreciate a good bodyweight workout! When you’re away from home and don’t have any equipment, it’s so nice to still be able to get a challenging workout in, without having to settle for scouring KZbin for a bunch of 10 minute videos to cobble together.

Calisthenics+FullBody+Complexes=Super Tough AND Rewarding workout. 🤩 Whole Body feels Amazing after today's workout. Muscles worked really hard. I AM SO PROUD BECAUSE I STOPPED ONLY ONCE… to drink water cuz the heat had me sweating a lot and I needed water. But it was hard yet it was not the hardest workout I ever did. It made me happy because I saw through this workout how much I improved. Thank you!!

All done. The uneven push up to side plank round was soooo hard!!! Second time through, I had to drop from 10 to 7. Enjoyed the lunge style complexes. Hoping we're dusting off our weights for next week ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It has been a really long time since I’ve felt that kind of a burn&fatigue in my shoulders and just kept going until the timer ran out. That finisher really took me there. The lunges, the arm work and the core towards the end. Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!! Going at my own pace, taking rest here and there to go back to perfect form. It’s everything you could ask for. PLUS full body😍 my whole T-shirt looks like it’s been handwashed, so this was a real sweaty one for me🤩

hello everyone….wow, i don’t know why, but bodyweight exercises make me way more sore than exercises with dumbbells! i can still feel every muscle from previous workouts this week and i’m loving it…. i adore complexes, they make time fly so fast, i could definitely do a 1 hour complex workout!! how did you enjoy today’s workout? it’s really hard to bring myself to workout these days because the weather is so gloomy and i just don’t want to do anything! but i’m always grateful when i get on the mat! feeling more energetic than when i woke up in the morning for sure!

Please provide clear instructions and countings, it's hard to identify when the exercise has changed. There's little difference in half and full squats, totally miss when to switch. Kindly consider.
