The first time i did this i could barely make it through 2nd round. The next day i pushed myself through and did 3 rounds! Yesterday i wanted to challenge myself and i did 4 rounds!! Ive been following your workouts for about a month now and I could really see my fitness and endurance level increasing everyday! I do your workout 5-6 times a week and do at least around 45 minutes of hiit and toning using your videos. And now im starting to see baby ab lines!! Yes! Thank you so much lucy!💕

I did the work out 2x, after the first go I burned 114, after the second play the total was 266 calories burned. 70% of the work out was cardio. I work out 7 days a week, this work out was challenging and fun! I got just as sweaty and tired as a 3 mile run. Thanks Lucy!!💗

This is a great workout! I did two rounds. I am overweight so I modified using the knee touches, I also did not do all of the jumps on the jump tucks and I marched back on the heel touches. I burned 244 calories in just under 15 minutes and I am drenched in sweat. Also my heart rate stayed up through the entire workout. I will definitely be doing this again:)

I just started doing these exercise, I am 67 years old and I complete the video 1 time every day. I feel good the rest of the day. It takes my breath away from me, but I can do these exercise and I enjoy doing them. I tried doing 3 sets but it was too much for me at this time. It is a good work out and easy to fit into my schedule and it's not boring. It is a good exercise for your whole body and health.

I normally workout 30-45 minutes in the evening but my housemate has decided to babysit her friend's kid for the next couple of nights. Since they're sleeping in the living room, which is right next to my bathroom I can't be going in and causing a ruckus washing my face and all that stuff. Did this workout for the first time today. Have been doing your first two 7 minute workouts plus the thigh toning 7 minute workout for the past month (not as consistently as I should). +Holly Haines sure , thanks and I exercised each day 5 or 6 videos per day somtimes I did more.dont each a lot but put yourself achievements like mines were: -3paunds a milkshake,-6paunds a little bit of popcorn,-10paunds a drink,-15paunds a sandwich, -20 a waffle, -25 pancakes ,-34 a trip to the restaurant to the mall just have fun :) and finallg -40 pajnds a big bag of doritos, I dont know how mhch weight you want to lose I assure you thks one is a good video . maybe you can change the food I wrote them down I surely had some dates yesterday was my birthday I was not afraid to go to the pool finally...hope uou achieve a lot too, dont eat dinner eat a little bit of lunch and a good morning. never give up if I could lose 40 pounds you can lolse even more!!!

I burned 147 calories with an average heart rate of 151 BPM. I have been doing your workouts and a few Hiit others for about 3 months 6 x a week. My calorie burn has come down. Is that because I am getting in better shape? I probably workout about 3 hours a week sometimes more.

Hi Lucy, I like your workouts very much. However, my knees are giving me grief (or I've given them too much grief over time :)), so lots of squats and lunges don't work for me. Wide plies are fine, but too many regular squats and lunges are not! Have you considered creating some "bad knees" workouts? (I know my knees aren't BAD, but they feel bad when I try those moves.)
