I wish I knew about this when I was younger in school. It makes a lot of sense to gradually get to do regular pushups. Thanks!

Thank you for your helpful video. I was a push up fanatic in 1980 and can't do a single push up now.

This will help me a lot because last Aug. I broke my arm and I can not do a regular push up on the floor, so I'll try slowly with the wall first, Thank you for the information.

Your logic make sense make mind go " I can do this" Why I don't find this sooner when I was 100kg , now I am weight 130kg it's feel like impossible task

would this help in aiding to lose weight? i have alot of bone injuries (mostly in my back, arms and legs) so im hoping the wall pushup can be helpful for me since im not able to do regular pushups anymore.

Hi, I can’t do any push ups or curling movements because of golfers elbow syndrome, Any advice you can give on golfers elbow ? Already started doing Cross section massage on tendon like you mentioned on your other video . It’s frustrating that it’s been 3 months and only very little improvement so far ! Should I still be going gym or would I cause more damage? Many thanks

Do it 3 x week. How long will it take to do a full push up? I don't know. How close are you now? Can you do at least one?

It's once in a day, you do 3 sets of as many as you can. When you can do 25 repetitions, lower your body to make them harder. Do that 3 times per week

@@AdamJStoryDC yeah. It's like I feel that my body is very heavey and my arms gets stuck and can't bend to pull the weight of my torso. Although I'm not fat at all. I'm a normal woman with propositionate body

So when I try to push up I can't put the weight of my body on my arms. And my arms refuse to bend and don't let me go down near the floor.i can either touch floor with my hip or with my chest only. I can't let my whole torso down in one pushup

Honestly knee push will not help you do Toe push up THEY are two different things FOLKS in order to do Toe push up You must actuailly Get on your Daam legs and Learn To do them Slowly each day

sharmake haji It’s not HARD to TELL people to do it on their toes, it’s just hard to get someone that can’t even do ONE push up to DO that push up. Oh well.
