Can Vivid Vision Fix a Lazy Eye? An Honest Review From a Strabismic

Thanks for this feedback. In France, eyes doctors don't know this tool exist, or refuse to use it... Even if it is expensive, it's better than nothing. ^^

@@arthursimsa9005 J'ai un casque vr, mais je n'ai pas pu tester le programme vivid vision avec ( je suis en France ). Même avec les réglage de base, je vois en 3d dans le casque, je vois les volumes, le vide, la distance etc. Je vois aussi la 3d avec les lunettes rouge et bleues (par exemple sur la chaine 3dn3d). Mais j'ai des potes qui ont aussi un strabismes mais qui ne voient pas la 3d dans le casque. Ils peuvent entrer dans un mur sans avoir peur, ne se rendent pas compte de la hauteur etc. Ça dépend des cas.

@@regish3038 Je ne suis pas sûr de comprendre de quoi tu parles : tu n'utilises pas Vivid Vision, mais juste mettre le casque te permet de voir en 3D, ce qui n'est pas le cas d'habitude, c'est ça ? Mais quel est ton problème et qu'est-ce que tu cherches à travailler ? Moi, j'ai un microstrabisme et une légère amblyopie qui était parfaitement stabilisés depuis plus de 20 ans, mais mon strabisme (toujours invisible) est en train de s'agraver et de me causer des problèmes de vue (fatigue, oeil qui traîne, torticolis pour compenser, etc.). J'aimerais réduire l'angle de mon strabisme à ce qu'il était auparavant...

@@arthursimsa9005 J ai un microstrabisme alternant. C'est a dire que je vois bien de l'oeil gauche et de l'oeil droit, mais je ne peut pas regarder avec les 2 à la fois. ( pas d'ambliopie quoi ). Par contre je peux voir en 3d dans le casque, et j'aimerais bien pouvoir transposer cela dans la vraie vie. J ai aussi de la fatigue visuelle quand je lis trop longtemps, en plus d'être un lecteur lent.

Hi,I have an exophoria in both eyes so can i use this because it is focusing one weak eye and other stronger eye but in my case exo in both eyes that means both are weak?

I had squint surgery two times. Both eyes r straight. Binocular vision is not improved. Can it be improved?

Yes! Surgery can align the eyes physically, but it takes vision therapy to actually learn to use both eyes for great binocular vision.

Do you need to get measurements on the deviation between your 2 eyes before you begin this therapy on VR? I live 4 hours from the nearest vision therapy center and just want to buy an oculus headset and this app to begin therapy on my own. Is this possible

If you go through a vision therapy office, they will definitely take all those measurements. Have you filled out the form at strabismussolutions.com/findvt/ ? There may be a closer option that you can go to. If not, Vivid Vision is not available to the general public, you must go through your eye doctor. Another option is a new app called Equal Eyes developed by a man with strabismus. It is pretty cool and has similar controls to the VT apps, but it is all done by the patient. That is a great question. My vision in both eyes was already pretty good, so that didn't change. My fusion ranges improved dramatically. At first I could barely fuse at all, but after 3 months I was getting to 29 BI which is a huge deal for esotropia!

Hi. I've just started my first week of vision therapy. I have strabismus with an inward turn and amblyopia aswell. Do you have amblyopia or just an eye turn? Im using light therapy aswell is this something you incorporated? I will be using vivid vision later on so this is a great video thanks.

My eye sight is really good in both eyes, I'm very lucky, but my right one definitely is more blurry/weak, even though I supposedly have 20/25 in that eye. I have not tried syntonics yet, but my optometrist is starting soon so I will be giving it a try, I'm excited to see how it goes. I am so excited for you! Vision therapy is my favorite!
