Simple Old Technique: Take out the Starch ( kanji) from rice. Eat rice in limit with less oil boiled veg poriyal sides.. you will see tremendous difference in 2 weeks

I am a regular watcher of your videos. I am 68 years old and and do weight training (twice a week)- jogging (three times a week) - one day CHI running, one day 3minute normal walk and 3 minute fast walk and on the third day - 30 seconds sprint and 2 minutes normal walk. So far so good. But several doctors in youtube suggests that HIIT training and jogging is bad for knees. I am confused. Should I continue to do what I am doing or stop doing HIIT? Please advise

Other than Fibre, fermented foods like curd also increases gut bacteria. Traditional method of cooking rice is adding fermented Kanji with mixture of normal water and add the rice after boiling. Once the rice cooked then filter the starch (Kanji) and store it for next day cooking

great video, well explained sir. Just a thought - Instead of husk, let us call it bran, that is the right word. Husk is outer most covering of rice, like a wood and it is indigestible by us. As well all know Bran has lots of nutrients fats and fiber too, but it digestible to some extent but it also has anti nutrients. We can consume brown rice which is rice with Bran , but we should not consume it too much as it is not great for kidneys. Yes brown rice is not great for kidneys ( even eating too much of oats is not good for kidneys). Eat everything, everything in moderation, mix up things. Keep changing, go for variety for all macros.
