Can we fix our divided culture?

Shortly before the 2020 US election, I interviewed social psychologist Dr. Cameron Brick about his experience in three different countries facing polarization and political disagreement.
What has he learned about how we can handle these disagreements better for the sake of humanity? Are there things we can do that actually change minds, or are we doomed to just keep fighting?
