Total colectomy and j pouch 15 years ago) I’ll be 50 this month) last Father’s Day my pouch and small intestines burst. Had an emergency ilieostomy then my son 6 got osteosarcoma. Chemo, surgery…. The works. I’d always prior to that not liked my physique, being a thinner man. I was in construction so I was in good shape before the last surgery but still not what I wanted and for the wrong reasons like you mentioned about penis size. For the first time in my life I’m learning to love myself despite the illieostomy bag and uneven size of that side of my abdomen. I did not tell you all of that for sympathy or to be gabby. You are correct with the pumps. I know from experience. The air pump i enjoyed at the time but it was temporary and can cause damage if over used. The bathmate (water pump) is superior by far. The 6 years I've used it and I've been inconsistent with it but still have permanent girth gains from using it. Water pump is the way to go

Lol...wouldn't have bothered commenting if I had no expirience in it. If you want to think in temporary gains, what I found in my own usage of the tools is that the air pump would last me about 3 hours w/o a ck ring. With the water one I can still feel the results the next day w/o a ck ring.

What I would say is that with an air pump, it takes time, and you do get permanent gains, not the huge size you get with a cockring, but I’d say allow for 1” in both length and girth after steady use. The girth is easier to get than the length.

I really did not come out until two years ago after my partner of over forty years died from Covid coming out actually made me feel so much different, so comfortable with myself. I was born in a time when it was against the law to be a gay Man. I spent forty wonderful years with my beloved partner. He is missed every day by me as you can well imagine. So what’s the danger with stem cells? Where do you have more info on that? I still need your help on this topic. These idea’s may not help me. I had gone to the ER for medical issues. A Catheter was inserted. A tube was rammed into my body. Tear’s streamed down my face as I was passing out. I told the nurse. The tube wasn’t small enough enough & not enough lube was used. I don’t want to get into the details. I was swollen inside. I wasn’t expelling enough liquid from my body when I was going to the bathroom. I had 3 operations for Prostate Cancer. Luckily, I didn’t need Chemo nor Radiation. As time progressed, I noticed that my size dropped from 9 1/2-10” to 4 inches less. I told my Urologist about this. He said that’s not his area of expertise. I was stunned. I would have to travel to another Hospital further in my state. It’s not located in a safe area. I read on different med web sites too find out more. There’s no info that I could find about losing size. I felt small an inadequate, bullied (verbally & physically) my entire life. Including my ex who I only live with for financial reasons. I never started going to the clubs until I was 25. I found someone 5 years later. He too is abusive until 3 years ago. Physical & verbal. He cheated on me 18 years ago. He hooked up with a millionaire. It backfired. Then, I was good enough again. I didn’t have any confidence Etc. Yes, I thought size would be an issue for me. I didn’t know I was above average. Now I’m on a muscle man kick. I’m trying to get myself fixed. I’m on Disability. I explain everything to everyone. Some say I shouldn’t. I need to be honest. Maybe I’m over sharing. It’s a take it or leave it situation. I make sure they know I’m not a Gold Digger. My needs are small & simple. Everyone wants money from me regardless of they have more than I do. I make it clear that I will pay them money once we’re together. Why? I need to be sure I’m not being scammed. I know there is a product in Europe that works in less than 18 hours. I saw a private live video of it taking place. I don’t know the name nor if it’s an injection. All I can say he went from small to Porno Size. It wasn’t fake either. I was stunned. You make really great points in regard to" Why are you doing this? I would add a couple of thoughts.
