Caroline, I just love love love this workout 🙌 After I got into an overtraining recently because of too much Cardio, HIIT and an obsession with burning as much calories as possible, I'm no longer able to do any Cardio, Jumping or little higher intensity. So I headed over to your slow workouts. They are by far my favourite now. Please do more of these very slow, controlled and isometric workouts. Your work is absolutely gamechanging. Thank you so so much. ❤❤❤

Arms portion was definitely the hardest. Thankful that was broken up and separated. Long planks in the abs section was tough too! This was an amazing workout. Low intensity, felt like slow stretching and muscle building all at the same time.

2 Important things that I stick with your workouts, which are great! 1. I love the fact that you brief at the beginning about the program and do not talk during the workout. Some instructors talk sooo much it becomes very distracting, and honestly, I get tired faster. 2. I love the fact that you don't stop during the workout and keep up until the end, unlike some other instructors who do the first couple of workouts and at some point, they show 1st part only of the exercise and chill on site. It is distracting and not motivating. Keep Up the great work! I'm looking forward to more Abs & Glutes workouts. :)
