Yes...me too! My view is that Caroline has done it so I can do it too! If I missed a workout I would feel I was letting her down!

Agree. I know what is my plan for the day and i look for upper body, for example, i read which exercises she has in the workout and im like yeah, i like, and i do. If it has too many hip thrusts and i dont feel like dying today, I will not do this one today…..haha.

Anxiety was through the roof yesterday. But that HIIT allowed me to release all that excessive energy and anxiety too. I'm forever grateful to Caroline for helping me out in improving my mental health. Some days are good, others are not so good. But working out is the highlight of my day that's constant, (Also eating an Oreo cookie everyday 😂)

Her brilliant description of the workouts, her tips and information, her research and superb subject knowledge, the beautiful production of the video...the colours and flowers...and of course the workouts themselves! And she remains such a modest and kind person! I simply do not believe that there is anyone in the fitness world to compare with her...no one else comes close!

I only was at 17% and I was already sweating like hell… this workout was no joke ! Thank you Caroline for showing us your « weaknesses ». That’s why we love working out with you, you’re struggling with us. I kept pushing through and I completed it ! My legs are jelly now, have a great session everyone 🤩

I always love doing circuits...you work hard but the time flies and before you know it you’ve finished! And this circuit workout just looks superb! What a great mix of moves with holds and plyometrics included! And that finisher...I tried to count how many lunges were included...but there were too many to count! Morning, Matthew. I so much agree with you, time flies during circuits, because you are so in the zone. Every week I think that Caroline can't beat the previous leg session and I am always so wrong😅 Favourites are changing week to week. I love all the exercises and those short bursts of cardio inbetween. Jump squats into hold into jump squats was a killer one and the finisher left my legs jelly too. Last 20 sec of jumping lunges was a blast! Now I am going to do the 5 min add-on and a little stretch. I am sweating buckets again! what an entrence to week 5.

Loved this, but it was really tough this morning!😅 I think the finisher was kind of my breaking point, but I'm proud to have made it through this one without taking any breaks or rewinding. I wasn't holding 100% of each of those intervals, but I'm already starting to feel more comfrotable with the movements again. Thanks a mill, Caroline!

When my legs felt like jello at only the halfway mark, I knew I was in trouble! To be honest, I can't even believe I finished those alternating lunge jumps strong because I couldn't feel my legs at that point!! SUCH a good leg day Caroline! 🔥

You know what it is? Its the constant positivity. No grunts, yells, or angry faces. She gives a full smile to motivate us through the hard parts. She pushes us on with positivity! This is so rare to find in an exercise setting. I can see how this is helping so many with ptsd/ depression, etc. I had a happy cry at the end of this because it feels so uplifting to complete a workout with Caroline! 💞🙏💞

I don't know how long I have been completing Caroline's workouts but it is easy to remember how weak my legs were at the beginning. With two bum knees and constantly tight calves, I hated leg days (still do 🙂). However, I know how important these workouts are to my overall health as I turn 60, Playing tennis or just walking around the block would not be as enjoyable without the work that I have put in with Caroline's help to strengthen not only my legs but the whole body! Thank you for the great videos.

Read the description...looks Tough but so are We. We Don't Back Down. We've GOT this! 👊 Oh Wow! Solid Leg Sesh! This'll leave you feeling Accomplished! Fab format.. the mix of slow, fast pace and holds. Bef. you know it it's time for 2nd round of circuit. Rear Lunges and Holds were Killer but pushed through. Morning Trish we sure have got this🥵🥵 sure was tough. Found the rear lunge/hold/lunge the hardest plus the goblet squat. Loved the rest including the finisher. Thank god only b/w!! Caroline has began another week with a fiery number. Loved the tempo changes in this. Great range of exercises and there is lots of fun here to be had. HR was elevated & I was sweating buckets 🥵add on done too. That was really fiery for those 5 mins so decided I would throw in an abs sess too classic abs. Hadn't done that in a while. Happy Mon all. I reduced the weight I normally lift and focused on "mind-to-muscle" and wow, those lighter weights actually felt HEAVIER! I also recognized some areas where other muscles were working instead of the targeted group. Very interesting. Super appreciate Caroline for working with us and not just edits. We see the struggle, we see the pauses, the shakes and that makes it so human and inspiring. This get me more motivated bec I know it is tough but doable. Yesterday was tough but the challenge is what makes us stronger. I noticed I can now lift whatever Caroline is lifting. Today is Leg day, one of my favorite workout 😉 Thank you Caroline for your nice advice on this one 👍😊 Let’s smash this one, event hough my whole body is still sore from yesterday 🥴. Think you will need the espresso Tony. Fiery little number but goes so fast. The legs will feel the fatique at the end. Try and do add on only 5 mins but so tough after main sess. There is fun here. Tempo changes throughout brilliant as you feel the difference. Enjoy & have fun🙂

Oh wow! What a fast-paced session! I had so much fun that after the second set I did a third one and then the finisher! Pheww! My legs feel double the size! 😄🥴 Those squat jumps after the holds were tough! I loved the five minute bodyweight legs, short and sweet to finish it off. My favorite way to finish the legs is the Christmas 20 min calisthenics workout, I think the half of the views are mine!😄 Thank you Caroline! 💕

Another Monday leg workout and I can't wait to try this. These circuits go by so fast and you hardly realize how the 30 min flew by! I love the 60s split into 20 s format. The last segment where we repeat the same move will be so much more challenging than the first 20s proving how much those muscles have been worked. Excited for the burn in the legs. I do love that your workouts are in real time. I see you struggling when I’m struggling. That’s what I appreciate about your workouts that you post on KZbin. You are doing the work out along side me. Even though I know it's okay to take breaks sometimes it makes me feel like I'm failing seeing the instructor breeze through the moves. It is just nice to REALLY feel it's okay because I am seeing Caroline, as strong and fit as she is, also pushing herself to the point of needing to pause a few seconds here and there!

Day 20 done!! Those ending lunge circuits were brutal on the quads. Always LOVE getting new workout ideas and moves from you, you're full of them and I love it!! Congrats on finishing everyone!

Ok this one was so much fun! Just the right amount of variety to keep it interesting without being overwhelming and a nice progression down to bodyweight movements at the end of the circuit to keep my endurance going. And the finisher was 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Thanks!!! It was great!!! I'm so sweaty as if I had been sitting in the sauna for an hour! Leg day is always my favorite day!!!If I was asked to describe Caroline with one exercise, it would be lunges or Bulgarian lunges:) Keep smiling!!!!

12 weeks post-op after artificial disc replacement in my spine. I'm having to build back strength and man this one was amazing! I'm only doing 10lb weights currently and still kicked my tail! Soaked in sweat and burned 278 Calories with this one. Excited for this comeback stronger than ever!

Fun leg circuit! The curtsy lunges and lateral lunge cossack squat was a nice change. It required a different focus on balance and muscles. I am soaked and my legs feel fueled! Thank you Caroline for another challenging, fun, workout!

Happy Monday and welcome to week 5! So for this leg workout I wore an 8lbs weighted vest, 2 1/2lbs wrist and 5lbs ankle weights and they were perfect for my lower body. Those lunges and curtesy moves were challenging BUT the funky music made the time fly by. Topped it off with 20 minutes of yesterday’s HIIT. Yes, 20 minutes! 😳I must admit FUEL has grown on me! Caroline is a very sneaky trainer😂

I am amazed at the improvements I have seen in myself. Used to hate jumping but in this session, found myself doing just that voluntarily! Still nowhere closer to the weights Caroline does. 25lb in this workout felt heavy, but last couple of series (fuel, iron series) are just right in duration and programming. Thank you, Caroline.

Second time around and still challenging. This is one great leg workout which will leave one feeling awesome 😎. The cardio bursts in between strength training and bodyweight workouts made it a sweaty business. I used 2x15kg dumbbells. 💪🏾
