My wife and i are in our late 60's. We love these workouts and this one in particular because it makes me move in ways I've forgotten about. I always feel great when I've finished.

Me and my family have been effected by the covid and we have not recovered fully yet so i haven’t done any work out for the last month and finally today i tried caroline’s 20 min back and biceps workout .. i am still trembling i will soon start her heat program ..i truly missed working out with her ..... this low impact workout of today is something that will help me be back on track .. thanks caroline

Hi Linka...yes when I first saw Caroline’s HIIT a year ago I was a bit intimidated by it...but now I love it so much. In the end it’s how you do the workout that makes it cardio or HIIT. For cardio you should keep in your aerobic zone and should be able to keep going. For HIIT you need to push into your anaerobic respiration zone and that means you will absolutely have to take rests. I really enjoy both! Have a great workout! Matthew

Oh the joy of compound movements and the joy of being aware of your muscles. What I love the most about this video is that it starts out easy and you're like, I can faster than that and it builds up and by the time you reach 65% you are wow this is hard. By 80% you are doubting if you can make it to the end. Thanks you Caroline this made my sunday!

For anyone not as advanced as her I'd also strongly advice to maintain the rest day. The body needs time to recover. For her most of the stuff isnt as challenging as for many others because she is so damn fit. BUt when you are already super exhausted from her normal EPIC workouts you NEED to take some rest as your body needs this urgently. I am currently on EPIC I, day 34 and the last workout destroyed me that much that I took 3 days off with just a little light yoga on between. If you dont rest, you run the risk of injury and long term damages which will pop up later on when it's already too late. I wished she stressed this some times because whenever I go though the comment section I see people pushing themselves beyond what's healthy (I'd never exercise with sore muscles)... very sad tbh. I love that she is inspiring people to stay active, but it should be healthy.

This felt amazinggg!!!!! I did this as the add-on for the advent programme's 16th day. I did everything in my pace, taking Caroline's advice, keeping my heart rate on a steady level. I only had to take 3 rest breaks. It was wonderful, definitely became one of my favourite cardio workout! 🌞

I have been looking for something all lockdown, thank you for this, I have tried your epic series but it’s just too much for my knees. Loved that!! I always love the challenge your cardios create for myself!! Seeing how far I can push myself without stopping. And they are always fun!!😍 I used to not be able to complete them without stopping a lot. Now I only have to stop a second or two maybe 2 or 3 times. Love seeing that improvement. I really enjoyed the punching combinations, predator jacks, windmills diagonal squats, pivot lunges..this was really was just jam packed with lots of goodies. Liked how you incorporated the weights a little bit throughout. Really increased the challenge especially with the punches as my weights were slightly to heavy for that😅 but I managed! Have fun with this one everyone! Remember to slow your pace..its not a HIIT..even if it kinda feels like it at times😆😉😊!! Onto the new ab workout! You spoil us Caroline!!🤗 See you all tomorrow!!

I love cardio on Thursdays. .. You burn a lot of calories, you sweat 💦 and in the end you are not dead on the mat like when you do Hiit😂.... Okay so I always preview the workout to know what I am putting myself through... And I had already given up on this as there were no rests... but I still thought to give it a try and my goodness! What a session! 300 plus cals burnt and I cant feel better enough! I am not a cardio fan at all but this certainly made me reconsider! Thanks Caroline! This is exactly what I needed today! Didn't have the energy for a heavy lift or high impact. Just enough to get the heart rate goin and break a lil sweat. That paired with the 10 min abs...perfect rest day! Thanks so much Caroline!!

This was so much easier to do continuously this time around.Maybe its because it was after an abs and upper body day as an add on, or maybe I was just in a better space mentally, but today I was actually moving the entire time for almost every interval. It was so nice to move my body again after taking a break yesterday. I think I should start incorporating active rest days with yoga and walking back into my workout routine, but this wa absolutely perfect for today. Thanks so much, Caroline! I had done arm training yesterday and felt quite exhausted today. But since I will have basically no time for sports next week, I decided to try this today, without even water bottles to really give my arms some rest. I enjoyed it quite a lot and still felt like it was a strong enough workout to get me sweating!

It is these workouts which really changed my attitude and relationship with exercise in such a positive way. I was the ALL or NOTHING girl. Never good at doing something average always got to prove myself especially when no one's around?! Realizing how much fun these workouts were once I allowed myself to slow down concentrate on movements and be present in the moment not racing to the finish. Now these and calisthenics are my favorites. I was truly shocked how much more gains I made by not going all out all the time........yes obvious to some but took me a little help to figure it out;). Caroline's the Positive FITNESS ROLE MODEL of the Century!!!!

This was super fun and simply a great cardio session, I enjoyed every second of it❤️🔥 Did this after an upper body session I had missed last week and am amazed at how I am consistently getting better at cardio. I remember when I first started doing this sometime last spring I felt I needed to go really slow for it not to feel like HIIT, now I can keep up a good pace while not being out of breath. Thank you Caroline, you have improved my health and overall well-being so much, I am forever grateful for having found your channel!

I love your (free!) workouts so much! They are so perfect for a mum like me who has 3 kids under the age of 4. I can do the workouts in my living room with the kids. They are quick yet effective. For someone who used to spend everyday in the gym prior kids, it has been hard to accept that I can’t make it there during the weeks when my husband isn’t home. I was doing your epic 2 series.. than my medical school burdened me with a series of xms.. got detached with working out for more than 3 and a half months. Finished my Xms 3 days ago.. now I am afraid of starting again with 10 kg weights which I used to use before. So started with this one.. It just breaks my heart that the movements I used to love and were like my breaks during the workout session are feeling really hard now. I hope I can get back to my previous fitness level soon to start my journey again . Thanks Caroline.. you are an inspiration ♥️
