I first tried this 7 months ago and thought it was amazing. Since then, I do my best to fit it into my schedule, usually after an EPIC workout, at least 3 times a week. I still love everything about it. I feel so calm and relaxed afterwards. It is my favourite ‘stretch’ of all time. Thank you Caroline. You are awesome 🤩💖

I've tried many stretch routines but I keep coming back to this one. There is absolutely no comparison: the sequence, the music, the quietness and relaxation it brings... And the results!
