Full body bodyweight only with a full body stretch workout! Never underestimate how challenging it can be using your bodyweight as resistance!
All you will need for this full body strength and stretch workout is a mat and a bottle of water!
We will work through a range of movements using our own bodyweight as resistance with no repetitions, followed by a full body stretch!
The timer will be on for the main part of the workout being 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest.

Once we complete these exercises we will then move to the mat for an approximate 20 minute stretch where I will provide a voice over for guidance.

I always loved bw training, ´cause before I found this channel I have never used heavy dumbbells, as I never wenntto the gym or st else. So Ì‘m proud to say I tried this, first with 2kg and now with 6kg. It is a difference, my strenght and also posture is better than before, despite the fact I ever have done lot‘s of cardio sports - but also often hurt myself, my back and tendons and so on. Ím now nearly 50 years old and - I have for over 15 years now a severe autoimmune disease of my muscle cells, so in general it is very hard for me to gain strenght. So this is a like a Wonder, Even my doctor said that. Normally I have pain in all my muscles whole day, all days, and years...now it is a little better, I can handle better with this! Thank you Caroline for invent this program! I dońt know how to honor this with only words, Ìm not good in this, but I like to let you know, that this comes from my heart very deep and strong! That is a lot of work, to invent such a program in this manner and I’m glad that there are so many people in this very kind community who honor your work and work with that - thank you, community, too! 🤗

Thank you all for your comments 🤗 - yes I‘m so happy found this channel and even mentally - with such a kind support from the community - I feel much better. It is unbelievable at all - before 15 years the doctors said I have only a few years to live with that disease and most of that in a wheeling chair! Have a good day you all and we see us all together than in Epic 2.0 and between while doing Caroline’s workouts!

The knowledge of weight training for autoimmune diseases has been around for awhile. You can actually look up videos of those who do the same to help with pain management. I had a boss who was born with RA and he was very muscular because his weight training helped greatly. Any autoimmune disease and the effects are lessoned and managed with weight training. Anatomy and physiology books go over this in detail as well. You can pick up Encyclopedia's which detail every muscle workout and why they are important and what they do for the body as a whole. Microbiology books are also a great read.

When I first joined your channel Yiu had fewer than 500 and most of your videos had no comments at all. The rate of growth has been extraordinary...and this is beecause you have worked so hard to make such a fantastic product! This is all her hard work earned recognition .This workout is real challenge for balance .Just finished .abs are great and I have to work for balance I have to touch my leg in between but doable .Stretches too my favourite as I used to do this in my yoga .Going to miss this ..Have a nice day

Hi Caroline...just finished and as I predicted some challenging moves in this one! It is a cold frosty morning here and I had the windows open but I was really sweating by the end of the body conditioning exercises! The press ups and lower abs sequences were tough! Then the stretch (closed the windows for this!)...very good...note to myself...I need to do more stretching!! Thanks again, Caroline...hope you and your family have a lovely weekend! Matthew

just like the description says :"You will be left feeling aligned, fatigued but refreshed!" 100 % true!! I sweated like crazy through the leg portion, died a little bit trying to perform my best push ups and the abs burnt so good as well . but then those fantastic stretches and I didn't really want this video to end! Caroline is spoiling us!) she obviously believes we deserve this beautiful routine and, guys, we really do!!! so proud of all of us! my heart is full with gratitude !

I’m just done with Day 49 and maaaan😢 this program has been by far the best, unfortunately i have developed knee pain but fortunately i have built muscles like reeeeaaaal muscle, i know my comment is late but i have to say @caroline thank you so much 🙏 , i can’t wait for day 50 to officially feel epic😊 to everyone who will ever try ths program. I didn't fully realize how much this program has improved my balance until today. I'm still wobbling all over the place, but considering the hip imbalance that I have going on, it wasn't awful! I love the voice over tips. Thanks, Caroline!

To all who celebrated today, Happy Thanksgiving! It has been a wild year but keeping the right perspective and the act of THANKS-GIVING is so important. This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful that Caroline started her KZbin channel AND that I discovered her in late June. It has been a blessing. I feel so much stronger and connected to my body. Thank you, Caroline and the community for keeping me accountable! ❤️ I’m relieved this workout is nice and slow. Yesterday when I did this WO, my triceps were screaming during the two bridge moves. I could barely get through it. 😅 At least I know I’m developing my triceps! Such a revealing workout on how this journey was so fruitful. I have increased weights along the 50 days, gained flexibility, and acquired balance. I used to do yoga in a certain phase in my life however the results I got from Epic I are certainly incomparable. I even became more mentally endure. I truly and honestly appreciate you, Caroline! I have followed Caroline since the beginning of lockdown and have done every workout. As somebody who has trained for 20 years and done every workout going, I have got to say you are the best. After a very long period of recovering from several surgical operations , mostly cancer tumors and a surgical procedure on my right hand,I have finally managed to perform a!! the Epic program and today I finished the 50th day. At my 54 is the first time I found a person responsible and awesome in training the public as Caroline Girvan . N.Ireland should be proud for having citizens like her. Just did it . It is also a challenge three point balance is not easy I have to put my leg on floor thre to four times . Abs are too good .Stretches are so relaxing .just loved it .A BIG THANKS to Caroline . Love you.🙏

Good morning and thank you Caroline 💕it was the best workout that I’ve made in my entire life. I am 49 years old and I feel the best body Shape ever. I do lots of work out, I run but this was excited because you have made the exercises not so simple but efficient . I finished this for the second time through today. I tested positive for COVID yesterday, so I'm very grateful to be experiencing such mild symptoms so as to complete a workout! This one was perfect. The slower pace and stretching at the end were just what I needed!

Since flexibility is such a huge thing in working out my suggestion to people is to extend this 10 week program. Do 4 days then do this number 49 at the end of every week. I used to do the same thing with other work out programs and it strengthened me inside and kept me from harming myself in the heavier workouts. I'm not sure if she suggested this in the printed calendar, but the only time I've seen this is here. Basically, she did a yoga workout. Elise Gulan , Yoga fitness plus. It's the one I did at the end of the week when I did other programs and such. It's hard, but basically it's the same process. Trust me. You will see the difference. When I move into epic II, I will be doing this. Thanks Caroline, and I'm ready for tomorrow!

What an amazing slow, low impact, full body sweet session.. You continue to amaze us with all the new moves you have! A new set of pushup variations.. I must admit, our trainer trained us well.. Those moves by the end of EPIC were way manageable than the beginning of our journey with you,, What a wonderful finisher to the EPIC series! Thank you again for including us! Thank you for you care, love and devotion to every single one of us! You may be on our screen but you definitely feel physically in our homes! What a nice stretch at the end there! I was planning on pushing my buttons for a short cardio.. But the relaxation I am at now is holding me back! Have a wonderful weekend.. Can't wait for SUNDAY'S EPIC HIIT!

There are no words to describe the level of happiness and love I feel every time I do Caroline's workouts. The motivation and good feeling go beyond anything I ever expected. You can always count on Caroline to bring the 🔥🔥🔥, even with body weight exercises! This was probably the best full body body weight workout I’ve ever done. I love the voiceover tips you’ve been giving. They’ve been super helpful! Looking forward to HIIT tomorrow!

As the Epic program is coming to an end I have to thank you again, first for keeping my menthal sanity safe during this Pandemic :) and second for all the good things I have accomplished by doing your workouts. I've allways thought, if I can finish this program I can do anything. It’s Thanksgiving here in the States. I am so thankful for @Caroline being my fitness inspiration and constantly challenging me to do better. Voice over for the stretch was excellent, calming and descriptive, I loved the back stretch especially where you lift the legs perpendicular to the body then lowering each leg. Great work Caroline, Thanks .

Yes!!!! I typically favor workouts that test my endurance and make me sweat. This was just what I needed since week 9. I loved this and am so thankful. Very much anticipating and a little nervous for epic 50. Thank you so much for everything!

Hi Caroline I can’t believe this 10 week programme is nearing its end 🥲 The whole journey has been absolutely fantastic and challenging. I have definitely seen an increase in my strength and it is all because of you and your workouts. Seeing you use, what I would consider heavy weights has inspired me to lift heavier and I don’t think I would have done that if it wasn’t for you and your workouts. So thank you 🙏. I discovered your workouts in July and I haven’t looked back and I don’t think I ever will. What you have created in terms of content and community in such a short space of time is just phenomenal. Wow, this strength and stretch workout was a perfect complimentary deviation from our usual workout. The strength exercises were deceivingly tough. My push ups need work. The stretch exercises ...just what I didn't know I needed so much. Caroline, this library of fun, creative and effective workouts you have created FOR FREE is so much more valuable than anything I have every paid for. I don't know what is next for you on this channel, if anything, but I am so grateful for what you have given me and I will continue to return to and recommend your channel many times over. Thank you

I can't believe the 10weeks is almost done. I enjoyed this program so much. I can see so much improvement in my body and in my strength. #49 Strength and Stretch is my last #EPIC session and it is the perfect ending to a beautiful journey. Caroline your passion and dedication to your work has brought us so much joy. I am thankful to have found you online (there is some good on the internet 😊). You’ve turned this die hard gym rat into a home workout fan! I will continue to follow, with heavier weights, the many amazing videos you have gifted us. I'm so happy the last two days are low impact and bodyweight only. I've been feeling burnout after those ten weeks and been thinking of doing a much needed reload after I finish the program. But it seems Caroline already started my reload for me. She really knows what we need. Thank you so much!!

My body is so sore from week 10. Love all the exercise today. That stretching has almost ruined my unflexible body 😂😭. 1 more day. Thank u Caroline! This 10 week has been a wonderful journey for me. I wanted to say so much but I’ll say at least a little. Everyone here is right! Thank you so much! I also feel I have a better posture and less back problems. I’m 36 years old and have 3 kids and caring them without strength was super hard. Now I feel I can do more for my own family. I can stand the muscle and joint pain better from fibromyalgia and most importantly I learned to LOVE fitness even more!! To the degree where I LOOK FOward to another workout day full of surprises. At days, just like today.. I feel so tired and low that I doubt I will make it through and then I prewatch the video to prepare myself mentally and realize to myself that I can do it!! Then after getting the mental strength I get ready and indeed I do it! Not exactly as hard as you but I do as much as I can! And I feel so proud of myself! I’ve not only lost a lot of weight from post partum but more importantly I’ve gained strength a great posture and a tighter overall body! I can even see some areas are lightly getting more and more toned.. Thankyou for allowing us to learn to work out from home. Keep up the good work!

Day 49. Harder than it looks. But great to get stuck in and give it ago. I loved it. I have done week 10 in a different order so I have 3 more workouts to go negotiate finish epic 1. Such a fantastic challenge. Caroline’s approach is amazing she is there with me every step of the way takes breaks and encourages us to do our best. I’m glad I found this channel. I have read the comments below and someone said how her Chanel is build pace getting more popular and followers are getting more and more well I’m late to the game this is now two years on and she has more than 2 million viewers and done a celebratory work out to mark the huge milestone. She just comes across so lovely and approachable. Then you get to the workouts and the lovely smiling lady becomes a killer lol. Thanks Caroline

I completed this...and in my gut there is a lingering sad feeling as I know we are almost at the end. Caroline thank you from Jamaica. You gave me something to look forward to everyday, you motivated me, you made me more hopeful every single day. But I don't want this to be the end but the beginning of greater things. This has been a journey. I can see how much stronger I’ve become over the last ten weeks and I know I still have ways to go. However, this has been the most pleasant 10-week program I’ve followed and, although I am sad to see it come to an end, I plan on starting it over and becoming even stronger. Thank you for giving me exercise sessions to look forward to and that beautiful encouraging smile as a bonus. Cheers!😊

This workout was a lot of fun and really relaxing! 😃😃 I enjoyed especially the stretching part, it is something I try to add now and then at the end of the workouts, at least 15 min if I have the time... I am also really happy when I can do the workout with no shoes😉😉 I found the spoken instructions really helpful since I did not have to turn my head to see the screen all the time👍 Thank you Caroline for this great start of the day!

I really enjoyed this. The nice slow pace was just what I needed for today but still felt a good burn. The stretch at the end was great. I definitely do not stretch enough so that felt really good. I know that's something I need to work on. Hope everyone else enjoyed and see you all for our last EPIC workout😍. I'm sure it's going to be awesome!

The leg work was difficult for me today, but everything can’t go perfectly all the time. I pushed hard with the pushups and did my very best - definitely better than the last time!! I also did sooooo much better with the core and abs section, I can do exercises without having my hands under my hips! I could feel my whole core being so engaged it felt great! Another huge progress for me - downward dog!!! My wrists couldn’t handle it, my shoulders couldn’t and my hamstring were way too tight for my heels to touch the ground. And now! I held the pose for a long time, no pain in my wrists, I touched the floor with my heels after a while and it made me super happy. The stretching went better as well, it’s incredible how much I’ve developed in every area. I’m so ready for EPIC II. This was my first workout of 2021 and it felt great!

Loved this! Full of cold - snotty, achey and tired, but could still manage this and push myself without keeling over. Saving it to revisit when I’m not feeling well or too tired to throw myself around 👍🏼

This is the most unique and satisfying workout I've done in a while. My body feels so good! It was challenged and my mind had to practice a lot of coordination and patience at the same time. And the stretches at the end made me feel so relaxed and accomplished. By far my favorite, Thank you!
