Day 19: 30 Days of Christian Yoga
In today’s practice with Caroline Williams Yoga, we focus on the difference between effort and ease as we move through standing shapes. As always, my prayer is that it draws each of us closer to the heart of Jesus, allowing the Spirit of God to move in and through us, creating a way in the wilderness as we move through our practice. This is a great option for you if you’re a Christian yogi in search of a Christian fitness video or morning yoga practice.
