The Tories have shown that they are very competent at one thing - taking the piss out of the electorate time and time again with absolutely no legal consequences for their actions.
@speleokeirАй бұрын
They keep breaking the law with impunity. e.g. - Sunak gave £50Bn of tax payers money to his mates and Tory donors in VIP lane contracts the courts have ruled were illegal. Why hasn't he been prosecuted? This was serious fraud. Furthermore the goods services that money was spent on were unfit for purpose or simply didn't materilise. Under consumer law the Government can demand a full refund but haven't done so. Why Not? Because they benefitted from it. Forget the Great Train robbery, Brinks Matt and the Hatton garden job. The biggest heist in British history was when the Tories stole £50Bn of tax payers money and lined the pockets of their chums and themselves with it. - Boris and Cummings illegal attempt to prorogue Parliament. This was effectively a coup attempt to try and overthrow British Democracy and install an autocratic regime. It was a straight from the tinpot dictators playbook. Why weren't they prosecuted and given custodial sentences for such a serious crime? - The manslaughter of thousands of British citizens during covid, particularly putting infected patients into care homes without testing them first and then CONTINUING to do so after being informed this was killing thousands. - Cutting benefits for the disabled under their vile PIP scheme, which has led to thousands of deaths with people dying from malnutrition or not being able to get insulin. - Illegally deporting British citizens in the Windrush scandel which led to many being assaulted, raped and even murdered. And there are many other crimes they've committed which they haven't been prosecuted for.
