Right? O_o I can assume you have eye and ear protection ... gloves when you're dealing with solvent ... that you *don't* wear open-toed shoes to work. Gotta give these guys so much respect. It's crazy how easy we have it compared to so much of the rest of the world.

They do better machine work than some of the shops over here in the USA , The parts cleaner Diesel oil , that's what we used back in the day , diesel oil and a brush and Wash it off with the water hose comes perfectly clean

H& S stopped you using it because it causes dermatitis and possibly cancers. In India they dont care.

Diesel oil wont cause dermatitits, is just that some people skin are more sensitive to chemicals than others, and they can get it anyway by just washing the dishes with detergent or soap. If your hand itches, put on a pair of gloves and problem solved.

Complete disregard for their health and no protection from harmful production factors - toxic dust, oils, noise. Personal protective equipment is not used: respirators, rubber gloves, headphones. This is especially true for children: they will not grow up healthy.

@@МихаилРачев-ш3м I agree with you but the unfortunate truth is PPE is a luxury to these people as well as the education to use it. I'm sure if others where willing to teach them and provide the required PPE they would be more than happy to use it. Remember this is a poor country and people do what they need to do to get by. Do you think all developed countries used PPE at the start?

Интересно он в начале шестерню по микропетру подгонял а потом когда она во втулку не полезла начал наждачкой там шлифовать но уже без микрона..) плюс аблазив выдувать легкими думаю как то не очень. А конавки от образива после подключения нш полюбому там появятся. Ну а за труды лайк.

Agreed. Stupid child labor laws ruined our childhood. Hard to comprehend how much time we wasted in schools, while barely learning anything. For my current profession I learned everything outside of school on my own time.

who on earth uses epoxy in transmission parts? those rings are pressed in the holes and use compression fit. the experienced machinist just threw all the gears out of balance in an attempt to fit them in the case

In nearly all these type of video clips where repairs are made nobody uses a torque wrench on bolts just hand tight and maybe a tap with a hammer...?????

I do the same, I tight until my elbow pops, no need for torque wrench.

A good mechanic or machinist can pretty well judge the torque close enough to be effective. I've been doing it for 50 years and never had a problem. Critical torques, I'll use a T wrench. Like head bolts, connecting rods and bearing caps etc.

Who are you to judge how other cultures and countries take care and educate their kids? This kid is learning a practical trade he'll use the rest of his life. He'll never be unemployed. At least he's not rotting his brain out on FB and Instagram. There's plenty of young "educated" people in America, Asia and Europe that can't even change out a flat tire. That kid is safer working there than going to school here in the US.

I get hurt to see how children is being used for this kind of unhealthy repairs. No respirator mask or other kinds of protection. And we from the western world buy it because it's cheap even if we can afford to pay a higher price so it's enough just for the parents to work and let the kids go to school. Shame on us.
