For me in the mornings, it's always my upper body that feels super stiff, especially my sides. #YOGANUARY Day 28 is a short 12-minute wake up morning yoga flow to help prepare you for the day ahead in a soothing style.

Amazing! And so affordable, when one is achy and stiff! The idea of it being only 12 mn is so comforting... And I love the movements. REALLY THANK YOU

Woke up and hour ago and watched the vid & finally out of bed and done. Even in my preggo state I feel great (I adapted a couple of moves from what my teacher taught me as alternatives 👌🏽) and just wow! Vid is saved in my faves for 10 min morning boost! 💪🏽😘 Namaste.

Thanks brilliant video as always. Would be good if you could show how I would use a block or strap to get myself in some of the positions as I am so inflexible. You did on the hamstring video and that was so good and much appreciated. Xx
