I have a few questions for you. What is your background in sleep study? Are you a qualified doctor with clinical records in the success for your courses? Yes! And CBT-I has been studied on people with other issues as well, like Fibromyalgia, and shown to improve it.

I have suffered from insomnia for almost 10 years now. My problem is with with the quality of my sleep, its extremely bad..restless sleep, and i wake up atleast 2 times during the night and When i wake up in the morning my eyes r so puffy and ugly, my skin is dry and breaks out, my entire body aches(the whole day) for 10 years straight, i have anxiety and depression, i have no motivation or the energy to do anything, i feel hopeless..is there any way to feel normal again? Please help me i'm begging u..i'm so exhausted.

Hi, the best solution to insomnia is what I talk about in this video, CBT-I. But it depends on how severe your depression is. And if your anxiety is something other than sleep anxiety (e.g., consistent panic attacks not related to sleep), then it depends on how severe that is as well. If that's the case, you may need to do CBT-I in conjunction with therapy for the other issues, or if that's too much, address the depression first, as that will improve your energy and motivation. You have to start somewhere and make small steps.

I'm sorry for the repetitive questions sir but do other people suffer from the same condition ? with the quality of sleep? Most of my anxiety is caused by thinking i'm the only one who suffers from this condition and its not gonna be cured because of it a long term condition.
