Im glad you are back. it's so weird because I have had worst nights and after that day i was like you know what im done, im done caring and all that but still would not change my habits. after this video I have to because Im way too identified with insomnia for 4 years now. it's almost like I have to perform sleep every day like im at Olympic finals or something lmao and funny thing is my insomnia does not have stress related origin like someone died or school project, university project, job no it was a moment when i noticed that damn im awake for 18 hours now and went to bed super fast tried to force myself to sleep.

Hi, after years of insomnia, I had a pronounced improvement of my sleep quality by taking antidipressants Sertraline, 50 mg every morning, and Trazodone, 50 mg extended-release at bed time. It really changed everything. Forget about this bla-bla-bla. People who does not have this problems is not able to understand the challenge of falling asleep when your very system is not able to.
