Those cbum curls are the hardest. I have been doing for a while. Really compresses your biscep. Keep low weight and compress extra on the top

Hammer curls, close-grip bench, barbell or dumbbell curl, lying tricep extension, and then finish with incline curls. As long as you progressively overload those movements, they’ll work!

Am I the only one confused here? I've never heard of training biceps and triceps on the same day? Doesn't that effect you for your other workout days if youre healing on both the push and pull spectrum?

Do whatever you feel comfortable with. I prefer doing bi (they're my weaker arm muscle) then finish with tris. Maybe you might benefit from bi, tri, bi, tri but ultimately you just have to try it and see how you feel.

2 sets? Usually not unless you go Mike Mentzer style to complete and utter failure. My biceps would just disconnect from the bone if I did that. Arm day is a pretty easy day, I always do them after my leg day since that's when I'm at my lost tired. Takes about 45 minutes to do 12 sets per muscle. 1 hour if you also hit forearms

He’s doing multiple movements. Example: he’ll do 2 sets of tricep pull downs then 2 sets of French press then 2 sets of another tricep workout which is totaling to around 6 sets just for his triceps’s.
