I really wasn't feeling much like a workout today but still made myself do one and so glad I picked this one! I now feel great, energised, and ready for the day. High Low was appropriately named. Just when you get comfortable, the intensity picks up. I used to skip the old school cardio classes but now I know how sneakily sweaty they are. This one was new and fun for me!

I love the old school aerobics as well. I started doing aerobic classes in the late 80’s right out of college, and fell in love with aerobics. I did it for many years, and miss it today. I hear music today and think, ‘I did an aerobics routine to that song”. I loved this class, and got a great workout. Thanks for all your expertise and talent!

We’re messing up you still have energy then more than 99% of us. I got the moves in they may not have looked pretty but I was able to move and increase my heart rate until we redid it and you perfected it. I loved this one, so thank you so much. Great Sunday morning workout.❤

Great workout, fun and challenging both mentally and physically. It did take a little more space than I have in my "gym" so I had to shorten my steps to get all the moves in so wasn't able to be as free in my movements as I might like but still great fun. Thanks

Thanks for always making workout fun. I've got a question for you Chris, I actually have to lay off treadmill and step for a while and I'm SO bummed! (foot injury). So I thought I'd try this cardio class, however, it also wasn't making my injury happy either. So I thought I'd ask, do you recommend any other cardio type classes that are not so heavy on the foot? LOL, perhaps I'll just have to stick with strength training classes until it heals...

Great question Sonya! I am so sorry your foot is injured. I would lay off the cardio just for a bit and definitely ICE after workouts or a lot of walking. Rest will definitely help it heal faster❤️ Strength would be great in the meantime!
