Did what you said but it’s still freezing when I watch a movie. 😩. I seen a person comment on cleaning the catche so I’ll have to try that I guess. This is so frustrating. I can’t even watch a movie without hours of freezing.

What helps also is to clear your cache on a regular schedule. That will free up memory for a smooth experience. 😎

I have done that many times along with other things as mentioned on and none have helped my problem. Most apps work ok , its when I try to use smart tube that the non stop buffering happens. I wondering hopelessly thru you tube wondering anyone can fix my issue,, no one yet.

Hi there, hope you are well. My FIrestick comes on and shows the Fire TV logo, it isnt frozen as the logo is animated, but I have tried everything to get past this screen, but no joy. Any ideas? I have tried the play and select button for 10 seconds and also removing the power etc, but nothing seems to work.

My firestick in bedroom freeze almost everyday. Because I’m lazy, I installed a usb sonoff to the firestick usb cable, to emulate unplug/replug power cord

Yes it's a shame, but Amazon is main problem - try factory resetting the device.

I noticed that too, it's confusing because it goes against everything you learn about home networking. Ethernet connections supposedly is more stable.
