The main thing that helped me shed weight is definitely the intermittent fasting --14 hours from dinner time then black coffee no sugar no cream to continue my fast for another 3hrs ~ 17 hrs is when autophagy kicks in ~ meaning inner cellular cleansing and getting rid of cancer cells and toxins. You can also continue fasting if you have strawberry and blueberry, no additional sugar added. There’s a few other foods that don’t spike the insulin and are sugar-free or fructose free that will allow your body to continue on the fat burn instead of using sugar as fuel. I love fried eggs too. That’s usually what I’ll break my fast with or a matcha bowl with walnuts, avocado, strawberry, blueberry, coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or pistachios. I literally will only have what I mentioned and dinner the main thing that helped us was eliminating anything sweet and just having a manuka honey if I have any sweet cravings specifically MANUKA because it’s healing for the gut oh, and I forgot to mention apple cider vinegar & Ginger before I even consume any food helps to stabilize blood glucose. And also to curb hunger and help with digestion. Summary: 14-17 hr fast for cellular cleansing, nothing sweet except for berries (full of antioxidants) manuka honey only and black coffee to get the polyphenol benefits, keto, friendly breakfast, no snacking, except for seaweed sheets (sooo good) or grass fed butter on roasted broccoli with hummus, early dinner, so that melatonin hasn’t kicked in melatonin has a similar effect of insulin in terms of fat storage and same with the hunger hormone Ghrelin caused by lack of sleep or stress. Loved all the salmon and veggies 🥦 and music 🎶

trust me I tried 1500 calorie but regardless of the sugar but after I did the same calories with regards to no sugar and I started losing so much weight it’s the junk food and sugar trust me and at the start I noticed that with junk food and sugar I didn’t gain or lose

You need to track your macros and calories. Make it a a high protein macro, with balanced carbs/ fat. Pay attention to your micronutrients and bit too. Let me tell you, life changing! Additionally, make your foods fun! I started feeding my body this way and it’s been 6 weeks and I’ve had zero craving and for me that’s saying a lot because my craving for salty/ sweets was immense. Berries: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries… full of vitamins A, C, calcium, and iron- this is what I mean by micro nutrients! I hope this helps 💪🏽🙏🏽 you got this!!!

Good video, I personally lost 30 kg (66 lbs) in 8 months without losing muscle and strength. I followed a high protein - high fat - low carb diet. Losing body fat is easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

@@LeaveMeAlone_0911 Hey, sure. I followed a high protein - high fat - low carb diet and also ate a lot of vegetables. I also went to the gym 5x a week and did HIIT cardio 1-2x a week. Drinking a lot of water also boosts your metabolism so that is also important. And of course try to get 7-9 hours of sleep every night. Hope this helps. It is true that it is harder for women to lose body fat because they have less testosterone and more estrogen than men, and also more hormone inbalances because of menopause. But women still can get great results with a high protein - high fat - low carb diet 🙂

I’m liking that frozen yogurt treat you made. Will definitely adopt the idea. Your scale was on fluid for your all your items. Your scale is similar to mine which you have to change the mode to grams, ozs, etc. The scale has been a big help for me. I'm trying to lose about 70-76 pounds due to having a baby boy almost 9 months ago! It's been hard for me to keep the weight off .. I also have a 4 year old son which I gained weight in the process of that too, highest weight has been 230 and I'm now at 216.2 , I just started intermittent fasting again 2 days ago and I can say it helps so much! Already losing weight. Here's a tip since I've done intermittent fasting in the past .. the more you eat healthy, the more weight you will lose. Yesterday I had a salmon and shrimp salad with some crackers and a fruit smoothie. I was 218.4 yesterday and now I'm 216.2 this morning when I weighed myself, just by eating that at 4 and I fasted the rest of the time I won't eat again until 4 today and again tomorrow. It works you will see as you continue on! You got this!

Love the video… just want to say your fast broke when you consume any calories so your orange ginger shot is what actually broke your fast then you consumed the coffee… so technically you are not working out on a fast.
