1st.Meal at 7 am Breakfast-100gm boiled kaala chana with salad 24g protein 75g complex carbs at 10 to 15 rs 2nd.meal at 10 am 4 whole eggs omelette or boiled before going to office 24g protein 24rs 3rd.meal 2:30 pm 100g of kaala chana with salad at launch on your'e work place 24 g protein 75 complex carbs at 10 to 15 rs 4th.meal or pre work out at 6:30 pm 100g boiled chicken breast 24g of protein with your'e choice of 50g of carbs at 30 to 40 rs 5th.meal or post workout at 8:30 pm 100g of paneer 20g protein with 50 to 70g of white rice the paneer will cost 30 rs and the will cost around 3 to 5 rs 6th.meal or before bed 100g of paneer 20 g protein this will work as casein protein Your'e daily diet will cost around 160 rs i don't take whey protein Add carbs according to your'e requirement

That's really a great budget diet. I tried too during my med-school (college days). Point to be noted:- High protein is extremely important when you’re doing calorie restriction and want to lose fat and gain muscle but make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day. We need to consume 1.2 to 1.8 gm per kg of Body Weight per day to gain muscle mass and should be divided into minimum of 4 meals. Our body only absorbs about 30 - 35 gms at one time. Meri diet :- Breakfast:- 250ml milk with 2 whole wheat breads and 2tbsp of peanut butter Lunch:- 50gm of brown rice with 50gm soya granules or 100gms of paneer(I alternate soy n paneer),100gm of dahi,100gms of mixed beans(chana,chhole,rajma,matar,etc.),and boiled brocolli n spinach Pre workout:- 250ml milk with 2 bread slices Post workout:-3 eggs,250ml of milk,2 bread slices with 2tbsp of peanut butter Dinner:-same as lunch(somedays I substitute brown rice with 4 chhapatis) Before bed:- 250ml of milk,10 almonds,2 bread slices with 2 tbsp of peanut butter Around 150gms protein,400gms carbs,100gms of fats.!

sir with due respect I'm saying that i have watched your veg diet plan and i found something a little strange here. I felt it to be a very high fibre diet. oats 60g - 6g fibre 10 almonds- 1g fibre half apple - 1 g fibre 2 slice of bread- 3g fibre 150g sweet potato- 4g fibre 1 banana- 3g fibre 2 roti- 4g fibre 100g lentils- 30g fibre i didn't include everything but till here what i can see that its a 50-52g fibre diet. is so much fibre good for health.? coz I've heard that too much fibre prevents in iron absorption

This is great info but fact is you'll need to optimize your nutrition intake in a way that supports your workout intensity . Or be ready to stay fatigued most hours of the day :) it's only a matter of time until you switch to necessary supplements because they do make it a whole lot easier to get the macros. needless to say whole foods above all :) cheers

I was a skinny guy before......I regularly used to take egg, nuts,milk and many high calorie foods but still I wasn’t able to gain weight because off excessive musterbation Then I did no PMO and guess what.....I increased 4 KG in two months....... So from my personal experience I would say if you want to increase weight then stop musterbation or......do only for 2 days in a week..... You can surely see visual results........

Anurag Singh paneer acha hai but take it 30min before sleep kyun k ye slow protein source hai or rat bhar apki body protein milta rahega

Paneer isn't a good option right after workout because it contains cassein which is a slow digesting protein . Instead u can use 6 egg whites. Paneer would be a good option an hour before bed.

Bro after gym ur body have thirst of nutritent so after gym you need eat fast digestiong protein like whey protein eggs boiled chicken etc so that it can be easily absorbed by the body in case of paneer it's a rich source of protein but also it's a slow digesting protein so u don't need it after gym.if u want to add paneer to ur diest u should take it in bedtime so that it could get easily digest and will be absorbed by the body and yes it's completely safe.but Rember the protein value and fat value In paneer is kinda same that's mean it contains fat so u should be taking it gradually. Hope this will help
