Cheesy Beef Baked Tacos // Easy and Delicious

These CHEESY BEEF BAKED TACOS have got to be some of the best i make, they are so simple and easy but yet packed with flavor. We all have one of those days when we are hungry for something that will stick to the ribs, and these are it. I love using a combination of seasonings like ground cumin, paprika, oregano, cilantro along with other favorites. My garlic sauce deserves a blue ribbon, it is just heavenly when topped on these tacos, i just cant tell you enough so you will just have to try them and see. I hope you give this recipe a try. ❤️

● 425° for about 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS __________________
2-3 tsp Canola oil
1 lb. 90/20 lean ground Beef
2 red mini peppers (slices)
1/3 Chopped medium Onion
1 Jalapeño (seeds removed and iin slices)
1/4 C. Chopped cilantro
1 1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Pepper or as needed
3/4 tsp Salt or as needed
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Mexican oregano (optional)
1/4 C. water
Olive Oil to brush on Corn Tortillas
12-15 Corn Tortillas
Freshly grated Colby Jack Cheese as needed
EXTRAS FOR TOPPING __________
●PICKLED ONIONS
• Pickled Vegetables // ...
●AVOCADO Slices or crushed
●Your favorite Salsa
GARLIC SAUCE_________________
1 C. Sour Cream
2 large Garlic Cloves (grated on microplane)
Big bunch of Chopped cilantro
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
TORTILLA SEASONING ________________
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika

Love that crunch! and no standing over hot oil to get crispy torts. The seasoning of the outside is a nice addition for color and flavor. Love this idea, and the sauce at the end brings just plain old sour cream to another level. Love this recipe Rachel. Thank You.

I made this tonight. I have to tell you Rachel, my husband is a big foodie. He took ONE BITE and said add this one to the rotation! My picky 4 year old licked all the seasoning off lol. Then he scooped all the filling with the sauce ontop! Next time I will make him a taco salad, because we are still working on biting down hard enough to get thru a tortilla . I’m always THRILLED to have something we all love. I will make them for my teenage stepsons next visit. You know it’s good when you need 2 napkins! Thank you!

O. M. G! I just made these and I'm speechless. They are beyond delicious! I've only had the taco seasoning that comes in the little yellow pouch. This recipe is unbelievable! I made them so big I had to use a knife and fork to eat them. And that sour cream dip!!!! Holy cow! You HAVE to try these. These tacos are several levels about what I'm used to. I topped them with fresh spinach, spring onions, guacamole, and salsa. GREAT job, Rachel!!!
