Wonderful combination. Bacon, potato and green onion is a winner! Those are so pretty! I made these with out the Jack Cheese because I was out so I used cream cheese to hold them together. They are AMAZING.

Oh my goodness my sweet amiga, you've made my mouth water so early in the morning. I have never seen these flautas before and they are perfect for us. I can easily substitute the bacon with soy bacon or even sausage for Johnny and regular bacon for me. And they're not hard to make at all. Also with all that is going on, I need to see your mole video which mole is one of my very favorite Mexican dishes. I made these Flautas last night and they ARE SO yummy! Thank you for posting this recipe, I've never made Flautas before or thought of adding onions to the potatoes, oh so good. I brought one for lunch today and I was even able to put some in the freezer for a snack some other day. Thanks again Rachel!
