Cheesy Pull Apart Bubble Bread

Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cup- all purpose flour
1 tsp- salt
1 TBSP- sugar
1 tsp- garlic powder
1/2 cup- warm milk (heated to 100F)
1/2 PKG- active dry yeast (or 1 1/2 tsp)
1 each- egg, beaten (room temperature)
3 tbsp- melted butter (warm, not hot)
as needed- chopped parsley or chives
good melting cheese, we used mozzarella
Method:
Heat milk in microwave to about 110F. This will help activate the yeast.
Add yeast to the milk and stir, let set for 5 minutes.
Sift flour into a large mixing bowl.
Add salt, sugar, garlic powder, milk with yeast, egg, butter and parsley.
Stir slowly with a wooden spoon until you have a slightly shaggy dough.
Do not knead at this time, just combine and form a dough ball.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and set in a warm environment to double in size, about 60-90 minutes.
Remove the dough and place on a floured surface, lightly knead 4 or 5 times.
Flatten the dough ball and cut into even pieces.
You should get about 16-20 small pieces.
Flatten each piece and place a small amount of cheese in the center.
Wrap each small dough ball to cover the cheese.
Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
You can use a cast iron skillet for this step as well.
Brush the tops of the dough with egg.
Cover the dough balls again and set aside for 20 minutes.
Bake at 350 for about 18-22 minutes depending on your oven.
The bread should be slightly browned and fluffy.
Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter and parsley.
Top with Mozzarella and place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
