So delicious! I followed AJ's directions and didn't peel the sweet potatoes and used the core and the leaves of the cauliflower! So easy and delicious with lots of leftovers!

There is no need to throw out the core, leaves, stalk of either cauliflower or broccoli... In fact the core of both are sweeter than the flowers...

If Chef AJ's book, this recipe says to add the nooch, mustard, and milk AFTER making it in the instapot; therefore, you CAN use the small instapot for this recipe! I do!

Made this today - soooo delicious! I only have a 6 qt. Instant pot so i cut the recipe in half. I used japanese yams (they sell them at Trader Joe's). So easy and delicious; had it over farro. Thanks for the magazine - will definitely consider subscribing!

This is soup is one of my very favorite Chef AJ recipes! I love it! And next I think I'll use the orange sweet potatoes because that a petty color too. And I'm always looking for the perfect salad dressing. Thanks for the download, I look forward to reading it.
