This is the English comment you're looking for. As an Italian I love this method because it gives so much more flavor to the pasta, even though the majority of Italians do not approve of the risottata method because it is not 'traditional'.

The parsley that you are using is English parsley. You should try using Italian parsley or flat parsley. The taste is different. 2:04

he using both parsley usually, but japanese can buy english one easier, especially when he cook classic italian pasta , using english one, this time title of easy cooking with a fried pan, thats all.

In Japanese supermarkets, Italian parsley is hard to find, so he is intentionally sharing a recipe using English parsley, which is more readily available for the Japanese people. He replies to my comment, "If Italian parsley is available, it is better to use Italian parsley".
