Christmas Eve dinner was always the highlight of my life. My grandmother always made a delicious Italian meal! Plenty of fish. My favorite has always been the shrimp and spaghetti. For cioppino I have had friends throw a party where each guest brings 1 fish and you assemble it in the kitchen with a glass of wine in one hand (it is that easy). Add the scallops when you drop the pasta, and the squid when you decant the water.

Another fantastic video! I watch every one of them. I used to love cooking, but after being diagnosed with ALS in 2015, things have changed drastically. It’s such a terrible disease. I’m now on a ventilator 24/7 and bedridden. Despite that, I’ve passed down my passion for cooking to my 26-year-old son. Together, we’ve made many of your recipes. Last year, we tackled your beef Wellington, and it turned out incredible! This year, we’re planning to make your pot roast, and I’m going to stuff the meat into crescent rolls.
