Chef thanks for showing the ghughra. Thats how people from my community (that hails from a small town near Vadodara, Gujarat) shapes these kachoris except we use pigeon peas/ fresh Tuvar stuffing only, or do 1/2 matar 1/2 Tuvar stuffing.
