A culinary art graduate, gastronomy alumnus @ Boston ( lang naman😳), earned a french pastry ats diploma in France at ito pa master chocolatier course in Belgium!, accomplished baker, instructor & cookbook author! Praise God Chef RV!Thank you sobra. Last pandemic pa ako nagtry mag bake ng pandesal and thought I will not try it again kasi twice magkasunod na araw ko ginawa pero yun pangalawa d totally umalsa yung yeast kasad kasi nafail ko naibigay ko pa naman and napintasan I can’t blame them kasi napressure ako doing it and to think madaling araw nako natapos nirequest kasi. Now you have given me the courage to try again and this time like you said try lang ng try and you have to give more care and syempre more love pa. Thank you thank you for the push. Please don’t get tired of sharing yung skills & knowledge mo sa baking, cooking & everything in between to us who’s trying to try to be, for a time, a full time soon to be housewife🙏🏼 thanks again and I’ll support you all the way💕so much love🎈

kapag sinusunod mo ang mga bread recipes sa youtube, kadalasan palpak ang result dahil siguro may mga secret formulas na di binibigay pero nang mapanood ko eto, parang feel ko, walang sekretong tinatago. kaya gusto kung mapanood lahat nang mga recipes ni chef RV sa youtube.

thats why youre my fave chef, kung iba chef yan, ica cut na yan sa video like masyado dumami ang fillings, (dahil ganyan ka po talaga, youre so generous at katotoo from the start we met you,) pero ikaw wala cut and say.. Just made it today. Mine isn’t a perfect bun, but it was still delicious. Can’t wait to eat it for breakfast tomorrow morning (BTW, I used all-purpose flour because it’s the only flour that we have, and I used washed sugar because it’s what we use for coffee. Still turned out fluffy and delicious)

I follow your cooking vlogs regularly, even when it's on catch-up basis. I find your style very polished, very professional-looking, after all you are a chef by profession. Thank you for sharing your recipe Chef RV. I baked my first pandesal. I just used all purpose flour, but followed your steps throughout. My pandesal turned out better than store bought. A little crunchy outside, soft inside.

Thanks, Chev RV. Dahil sa mga tips mo...nakagawa na ako ng pandesal . Mas economical kasi baon na namin ng husband sa work & kids ko sa school. No need to buy bread na. I used a breadmaker & same results din pag manual kneading. Less pagod din. More power to you!

Thanks, Chef RV. At first, yung baking nasa utak ko lang kahit gusto ko,pero ngaun nung napapanood kita pinasok ko na dahil sa detailed mo na pagturo hindi na ako na takot sumubok. Ngaun nakagawa na ko ng brazo de m, cookies at pandesal. 🥰🥰🥰

Hello Chef RV. I tried your pandesal recipe yesterday. Although the dough did not rise as much due to the weather condition here in Virginia but it’s tasty and still soft after 2 days. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I love watching you. You always make me laugh with your hugot lines. 🥰

With all due restpect to Chef RV: Try using lukewarm water (100 F). or try to bloom your yeast before adding to make sure your yeast is still good. (1/2 lukewarm water, 1 tsp sugar, then yeast. let it rest for 10 minutes. I put it inside the microwave but not turn it on, of course)

My very first time to make bread ( pandesal) following strictly all ur instructions on your video. My dough was perfectly made and d result of the bread was so soft and tasty. (Perfect for a beginner like me) Thank u Chef RV for the very detailed video tutorial. Wish I could show d pics of my work here but we cant send pics on in this section. Again thank u. I just made this recipe tonight. It turned out perfect even the consistency of the dough is very manageable. I tried also Chef RV's cinnamon rolls, so good, soft and yummy. I also loved his oatmeal cookies loaded with nuts and dried fruits. I made 3 times already and it's so YUMMY. Thanks Chef RV for sharing your tested recipes.

Chef, panu po kapag maliit lng ang oven ko at need ko mag dalawa o tatlong salang. Panu po ung naiwang dough? Panu po titigil ang pag rise para d ma over ferment

If you need to make it 3 salang, get the first portion for your first salang while the rest of the dough is in the fridge. Shape and proof.

My first two attempts didn't achieve the desired elasticity, but on the third try, I succeeded. It definitely takes practice. The pandesal turned out delicious. Next time, I'll halve the ingredients for my husband's consumption. He loves the outcome, especially with sesame and cheese. Thank you, Chef!
