Form 11 of Chen Style Tai Chi is easy to follow and learn, making it excellent for all practitioners and even beginners.

This was a great video, relaxing and easy to follow. I could feel my breathing getting deeper during the exercises and locate all the stifness in my body. The long term benefits i will get from this is exciting.
