I really really really wanna thank you for making simple, short and on bed workouts like this. Coming out of depression is really hard, we feel exhausted and helpless. These simple tutorials really help me take care of my help and mainly to stay CONSISTENT despite the mental exhaustion.

I LOVE THESE VIDEOS, while i was doing the “around the world” exercise my cat was looking up and down as i was doing it probably wondering “why is this person not giving me attention 24/7 and moving their arms like an injured bird?🙄” lol

hey lovely, you want to ideally workout around 30 mins to 1 hour for 3-5 days a week. Make sure you take 2-3 days rest. In terms of balancing workouts make sure you do different body parts throughout the week as well as some stretching. Hope this helps :)

Will bed workouts help with loosing weight cause standing workouts make me nauseous sometimes

They could, if you workout enough & go on a calorie deficit and eat a good nutritious diet. 🤍 Minimum recommended amount is 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity a week.

You cannot spot reduce fat, you can lose weight by going on a calorie deficit and tracking your meals.
