Twitter's lack of in person support is shockingly terrible and and at this point I didn't use it enough to fight it. I do hope your login issue will be resolved and I am glad to hear you are taking legal action against these people. Regarding Twitter support, I'm one of many who was permanently banned from twitter for no reason when the ownership moved to X. We all lost our accounts with no explanation and nobody has been able to contact anyone to get them back because appeals just receive auto responses. There are threads full of people who have just been kicked and now cannot use it anymore. Good luck with the account.
