Peri peri sauce is very well known all across the globe. It was introduced to Goa by the Portuguese but we have made it our own. Originally a very spicy sauce but has now been customised as per our Goan palate. This is my take on this famous peri peri sauce prepared with boneless chicken. Ingredients
Boneless Chicken - 300 grams
Red dry chillies - 7 to 8 nos
Garlic - 7 to 8 nos
Ginger - 1 inch in size
Pepper corn - 10 nos
Coriander seeds - Half tea spoon
Cloves - 7 to 8 nos
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch in size
Green cardamom - 7 to 8 nos
Toddy vinegar - Quarter tea cup
Turmeric powder - Half tea spoon
Salt & Sugar - Half tea spoon
Olive oil to fry
